Our provider's ISP is fixing problems at the moment, but they say they can do it in a way that won't affect us.

Sadly I don't think we can claim this yet. The problems yesterday were caused by five minutes of connection problems followed by a long queue of logins/etc that weren't all processed for another 30m or so.

Yeh, bad timing. On the other hand, yesterday was our best every day which is great considering we had those problems at the start of peak hours, and we missed out on some overnight traffic due to Sunday's problems.

There're four a year. As you say, London is next but the other three aren't announced yet as the contracts aren't all signed.
I'm afraid you would need to pay the extra airfare yourselves. Right now 99% of our players are from Europe, and most of them are from the Nordics/UK/BE/NL. That means that we calibrate expenses for them. There're a fair few Canadians and South Americans posting in this thread, and the more we get the more likely we are to change the policy.
If you're in the Americas then I'm fine converting your first UO package each quarter to €2k in tickets, as I recognise it's uneconomical to travel given the expenses.

It's highly unlikely that they lied. They probably just didn't know. That doesn't excuse them being wrong though, which is why I'd like to know your alias so that we can instruct that CSR how to do their job correctly (and we can refund you). Or it might just be that support didn't know that early on - if the problems happen one minute before they get the call, there's no time for them to learn about it yet.

Everyone, I know the frustration and anger at the issues caused by the disconnections and sometimes the support. I've been in that position many times with unibet and other poker sites.Support at all poker sites ranges from poor to p... poor (just my opinion).The one major difference is that at unibet we have direct access to the head of poker through this forum. I may or may not not like the answers i get on this forum but i do know that my concerns are always listened to and most importantly there is a reply.

I agree, though I think it should be lower than that. I wrote specs for just that feature 2 years ago as I really wanted it in time for the launch but it couldn't be fit in.
