Some people prefer one SNG ticket as that maximises their return on time.
Some people prefer 25x SNG because that minimises their variance.
Some people prefer smaller tickets if their normal stake is lower.
Or you could take a shot if it's bigger than usual for you. Most of the time it won't stick, but sometimes it'll catapult you up a level or two. Obviously that's one of the reasons we made the promo, but I won't be upset if not everyone takes that route.
For the bonus - there's a backoffice bug that stops me from extending bonuses right now. It'll still be there until late Dec, sadly. So let me know when the bonus expires and I'll credit you with your progress and a new bonus of roughly the value of what you had remaining.

My cookies are not blocked and it seems to think Im using an outdated browser but ive got windows 10 and downloaded the latest firefox and tried using the latest IE too

I also have no idea how this stuff works from a business standpoint. It's for the people above me to take this kind of decision.

This is an Adobe Air problem for sure. We have a 10 table cap for cash games, but not for tourneys. I'll see if we can find a way to include tourneys too. It doesn't seem to be a resolvable problem in the short term. It's one of the things we're working on for the long term but that'll be (several) months at best.

Meh, he couldn't do it and it was our fault. In my book, that's what refunds are for.
