For the November Missions: Part 4, the Play More Tournaments step did not register the tournaments that got affected by the technical error #3 apparently.
My November Mission still has not been completed, despite playing multiple tournaments of over €4 for the last 3 consecutive days. Could you please look into this? Alias = Yuccie

I don't know what a kt is, but the program is indeed resource intensive. The only real solution is to run fewer programs or fewer tables I'm afraid.

Yeh, I agree. I don't want to guarantee I'll never be asked to cut poker bonus spend as a percentage, but I'm not going to do it unless someone higher up makes me. I'm under no pressure right now to increase net revenue by cutting bonus spend, because we're growing quickly as it is.
To be honest I can't remember why we did it that way. I like the idea adding a third level to Double Trouble (20 -> 75 -> 200 perhaps?), but I think we need more entrants before we can justify that. We're growing, so that should happen sooner rather than later. When we do that, perhaps we can include SNG/MTT. Otherwise we're reducing value for something that's working pretty well.
FTP have something that kind of does this too, but not as well.

For the (effective) rakeback cuts, they're ok if money get from it goes for other promotions that brings more players in. Reason why I hate Stars for recent cuts is that they don't care about players and just pocket the money they cut while introducing more and more casino games and games that you can hardly win pre-rakeback. I think Unibet might do it differently.

Well, I'd really prefer that wasn't the case. Unibet are a big company, but the problem is that Unibet don't host the poker client. That's done by a company called Relax (they coded the client too), and it's their ISP that is at fault here.
It's a bit of a chicken and egg problem. As we grow, Relax make more money, and they can hopefully spend more on their ISP/persuade their ISP to spend more. Having downtime harms our chances of growth though.
I definitely favour going after people who do this kind of thing (when you can find them), but so far all the information I have says that this was hardware failure at the developer's ISP.

hey Andrew, I logged in at 9.30pm to play the 3rd day of moving on up today, (I have to play today , sat and sun to hit it) but haven't been able to log in due to the tech errors.. not sure if you can add 3 days to my moving on up requirements on Monday so I can continue with the challenge? here's a couple of screenshots, showing the time, first I took after waiting for about half hour, and second just now another hour later so am going to go to bed as it's 11.45pm now.

Holy f :O people whine so much.. i woke up at 3am to play servers are down and i am not complaining... When u came to unibet u decided to trade comfort/some security for easier site to play on.. they are down couple of hours... big deal... deal with it not like you whining here is gonna make them fix it faster...

They expire after 60+ days. If you get another bonus it will stack behind the active one until its complete or expired.

Also i contacted the Unibet support yesterday regarding this issue and got an impression that this will get resolved in a few hours but did not have any answer yet. Would guess they are pretty busy considering all the tech issue in the past days. So i decided to write here too just in case.

Its the Final Day of the SNG Battle too, kinda sucks but what can we do. Just gotta wait around and if they become available risk it I guess. Atleast get some time off the grind until then .
Although this is very annoying for us it has to be way worse for Unibet. Not only are they losing a load of rake during the busiest times they also have to pay out compensation which costs and then customer service get swamped aswell. Whatever the problems are i reckon they are trying as hard as possible to sort it out.
They should then hire more security/evaluate the competency of their current security team. If it is completely their hosts fault then they should change hosts. This has been a recurring problem for as long as I've played on Unibet, not some one off where I can feel sorry for them.
I have been playing on unibet since the beginning of the new client ( such nice days ) and yes there were alot of problems back then and sometimes these problems occur today aswell but its kinda standard for a new pokersite. Remember they starting something from 0 and Pokerstars and all other pokersites prolly had their "child sicknesses" in the past.
First of all, Unibet aren't small but Relax (the developers) are. Unibet don't host the poker client, Relax do.
Some people say that they get disconnected every day - this isn't us/Relax. At worst, it's because their computer can't handle the poker client, which is an Adobe Air problem. We're working to fix that, but it is going to take a long time. The reason we chose Adobe Air in the first place was because we needed near-identical clients on iPad, Android, Mac, Browser and PC and we have a small team. The poker client was effectively written in nine months by a dozen developers.
Similarly, people who say the client regularly crashes. It doesn't for almost everyone, but there're some weird Adobe Air interactions that cause problems for a few. We can't fix that in the short term.
But if anyone spots any bugs of any kind, that's what this thread is for. We can't fix what we don't know about, and not every bug is going to be related to the aforementioned categories.

If you have a refund request, probably quicker to speak to the live chat here https://www.unibet.co.uk/help/contact. My refund requests for Friday/Saturday downtimes were dealt with swiftly through that channel.

If you feel comfortable playing at 25NL then there's no need to change it. If you play much higher/lower then you might want it switched to a bonus.
