As for the MTT lobby... I think it will just take some time to get used to. One of the good things is the description of each tourney is fully readable where as the old version only showed the first few lines. (Jackpot tourney for example).
Having the structure of the tourney clearly visible is another nice feature.

I was hoping for a few more guarantee adjustments and think that MTT's are potentially a big area of growth for Unibet. Rake should be scaled a bit for them as you move up stakes. Unlike cash games where a rec may play above his stake on a whim... MTT's are different for a site like Unibet. Since there's no life changing money for MTT's a rec is less likely to take a shot whereas on a site like Stars he might be more inclined.

Am I getting it right that I have to uninstall a software I bought for $100 (HoldemIndicator) for the anonymous tables on Microgaming in order to be able to play at Unibet?

Not really, no. Where exactly did anyone say you have to uninstall any tracking software? It's not compatible with Unibet anyways.

All other tournament tickets converted to bonus would be nice. Ty.

I like the whole recreational friendly strategy at Unibet but this is one step too far.

Always when I scroll full tournament schedule down to see later tournaments, it jumps back up in every 15 seconds or so. Very, very annoying and makes it hard to even find a tournament and to registering them in advance is pain in the ass. Also, this was earlier a problem too: If I check tournament lobby, it always jumps to the top when I return to full tournament schedule. Please fix these.

But I like that main schedule shows more information without having to jump to tournament itself.

I disagree it is one step too far, software exclusions have to be all or nothing, or the only people that get penalized are those that choose to comply with the sites TOS out of some ethical compulsion, while everyone else gets an unfair advantage.


I like the hidden balance feature can you improve this next release so that if it is ticked the balance is also hidden when you reload / join a table.

It's perfectly fine for me when Unibet prohibts the use of any third party software. I'm not using any tracker or HUD and I hope nobody else is.
But I'm also playing on other sites. One of them is Microgaming and I have a tracking software for this site. Now Unibet forces me to completely delete this software (worth $100) from my computer.
This simply cannot be the best solution.

I've noticed one thing - if you sit out by accident (do not act in time) when you are in SB, you have to wait for your turn until you are again in BB. Is it supposed to be like that?

They don't forbid you to use HEM2 or PT4, as long as it not interact with Unibet.

Someone just ended twice in the top 3 off both jackpot hold'em tourneys, extra €1000 for €5 total buyin, I like it... guess today was first time these tournaments were held? Funny someone already got there, wp.

Dont play on unibet ? Problem solved. They forbid all tracking software so its fair for everyone to play on the site otherwise the slope will get slippery fast.

Furthermore it is not unibets fault that you paid 100 dollars for software that is not allowed on their site So if you want to play here either uninstall or dont play on unibet

And last but no least the softwarecompany you paid 100 dollars for their software is to lazy to adapt their software so it does not work on unibet and unibet is forced to take this kinds of measures in order to maintain the fairness of the games. If anyone is to blame its the devs from holdem indicator

What the **** are you talking about? I'm not using any software on Unibet and I don't want to do this in the future.
I'm talking about a software for Microgaming! I play on multiple sites and Micro is one of them. Now I have to completely delete the software for Microgaming from my PC because if I don't do this my Unibet software won't even start.

HEM and PT4 dont work on unibet and can be run when unibet is running. I find it strange that a software piece of 100 dollars is to lazy to adapt its software to not support unibet.

I did not mention he used a HUD ? And he is talking about holdem indicator software that could be used on unibet because the devs of that software refused to adjust it. After the update of today you cant start unibet when that software is running

Its about HoldemIndicator as they chose to ignore Unibets request of not including their site in HoldemIndicators support so Unibet had to react to this and make it incapable of working on their site/break it. Now Andrew said that with the update today Unibet wont work when u have HoldemIndicator installed on your pc and that u will have to reinstall Unibet without having HoldemIndicator installed on your pc aka u have to remove it.

Eventho I have no pitty at all for people who use software (and I used it before myself) Im not sure I would find this funny myself. I think in the first place HoldemIndicator is to blame for not acting like they should like other poker software producers do. On the other hand Im not sure I totally agree with Unibets solution in breaking this program in a way that it disables its own client from working and requires a reinstallement? Do people even know whats happening if they dont read this topic? Also dont like the fact people need to pick between ditching the program they payed for and the Unibet client. And I do understand the reasoning behind Unibets action but there must be a better way?

And this is based on what Andrew said in here ofc, I cant check if it does indeed make u reinstall client etc etc.

The only person/company to blame for this situation is indeed Holdem indicator. For unibet breaking the software like that was prolly the only solution to fix this problem.


The only better way is for holdem indicator to fix their software and make it not useable on unibet or refund the 100 dollars that seems alot for a piece of software that does not get updated to not support unibet and gives their multisiting customers alot of problems
