The Milestones Freeroll ticket is a mistake though, we will change that if we can for the one in late Sep, to stop cluttering accounts up.
It belongs to one of the people on my team now though, so I'll pass your feedback along.
A lot of the reason for avatars early on is so we can award tickets every other step. That means the tickets have higher value - otherwise we'd be doing lots of 1x €1 tickets, which never really feels like much of a reward to me.

Does it work for you if you are playing 10 cash games, then you play 2 SNG on top and it doesn't crash? We are under the impression that this would cause a crash too.

We don't have zoom any more, it didn't run enough without us putting lots of promotional money in. All cash games are standard 6-max, NLHE or PLO.

Having said that I'm making sure to play every day and get the banzai double-up every day so I may still be able to sneak into the bottom of the monthly leaderboard.

EDIT RE: the aliases - that's probably wise. Also my current alias is "SpewMonkey" with the zombie vomiting blood, so maybe someone wouldn't like that either
