You should do, yes. But I'm not sure who's in charge of it so I've enquired.

Thanks for the report, we'll look into it and let you know.

Sure, done.

Another one is (I think) like the sportsbook freeroll on a Thursday and u'll get a ticket for a bet u make any time before that freeroll and its valid for 7 days.
So lets say u get one on Wednesday and misses the tourney it stays in your ticket list yet u will never be able to play the next one as it will run out just one day before.
It turns out that the reason for the double trouble ticket expiry is that the ticket is credited once you login on Mon or Tue after an eligible week. So if you login at 00:01 on a Mon, you can be credited the ticket, so it needs 48h expiry. We can't have a set expiry date because we use the same ticket each week. The sports freeroll ticket has a similar thing.
The Milestones Freeroll ticket is a mistake though, we will change that if we can for the one in late Sep, to stop cluttering accounts up.

Well, I designed the whole thing, so I do indeed have a lot of input there
It belongs to one of the people on my team now though, so I'll pass your feedback along.
A lot of the reason for avatars early on is so we can award tickets every other step. That means the tickets have higher value - otherwise we'd be doing lots of 1x €1 tickets, which never really feels like much of a reward to me.

What was the ticket again? I'll just credit it myself I guess.

12 tables reliably crashes the version we have out right now. 11 frequently does. That's why there's a cap.

They're both caused by the same thing - Adobe Air can't handle it.

This sounds like what happens when you change resolutions, and it's an Adobe Air thing again so we can't fix it I'm afraid.

It is our loss, yes. But this way is better than causing everyone to crash when they open their 11th or 12th tables.
Does it work for you if you are playing 10 cash games, then you play 2 SNG on top and it doesn't crash? We are under the impression that this would cause a crash too.

Yeh, this is a known bug. It ought to be fixed with the late Nov release.

Could you take a screenshot the next time you see it please? We've had a few weird situations that only seem to have happened a handful of times (that we know of) in the 200m hands we've dealt so far. That makes them really hard to track down.

We don't do direct rakeback, it's all via promotions. The top end of the loyalty scheme is technically around 60%, but realistically it'll be 40% or so. 1.25m points in Challenges is, on average, €12.5k raked in a quarter. That's a bit under 41% rb equivalent.

We don't have zoom any more, it didn't run enough without us putting lots of promotional money in. All cash games are standard 6-max, NLHE or PLO.

Yes, I agree completely. But the guy who codes Challenges thinks it should be the other way around. I argued with him about it for a while but ultimately I prefer that he's happy than the client grammar is 100%. Maybe we'll try to sneak up on him with it again...

Good idea, I'll suggest it. It may be that we can't do it until next year though, I'm not 100% but I think the graphics guys have a huge amount of work lined up at the moment.

I try very hard to not block anything outside of swear words, website names (so *.com is banned) or names that sound like Unibet staff (so UnibetAndrew would be banned). It isn't my idea of fun to get into hair splitting on where we draw the lines. This has come up before after someone used the name of a prominent nazi for example.

I agree that this isn't ideal. I don't think it's doable with the way we're setup, but it'd be nice if you had to double click to load casino rather than single click. I'll put it on the list of client improvements and we shall see.

I'm not sure there's a lot that we can do about that. We've talked in the past about maybe having a Challenges/playthrough widget on the table (similar to the milestones one) but I don't think that'll make the top of the priority list in the short term.

That one does indeed sound annoying, I'll add that to the list too.

I can't think of a good way to do that. You can do it by hand if you don't mind all the extra clicks - if you open all the NL4, then change background, then open all the NL10, the latter will have the new background while the former won't.

The 16 hour thing I understood you as meaning any 16 hours per player - but the point is that if you need to work and sleep you can't really compete in this kind of leaderboard thing. It's more of a grinder friendly promo - which runs against the ethos of Unibet a bit, because they are the pokersite that recognise that we also need to work in order to be able to deposit, and they don't normally skew the game towards full-timers any more than the natural advantage full-timers have of being able to get more practice and work on their game.
Having said that I'm making sure to play every day and get the banzai double-up every day so I may still be able to sneak into the bottom of the monthly leaderboard.
The aim is that people can just play the "bonus" tasks like see x flops for y days and have a shot at the payouts. It's meant to be a hybrid between a pure race and our normal promos, but maybe it isn't calibrated quite right?
