Hi Andrew, Thanks for extending expiry dates. Maybe consideration could be given to longer expiry dates for 250 tickets. Re yesterday tech issues, Not changed resolution and don't know how to lock computer. Worked fine later on.
Info: registered 4 times for Saturday stack sat and not enough players each time. Maybe just a one off but worth monitoring.

NL50 cashgame ticket from the 15x Aces mission. Received on August 4, played with it for 2 days, then it was "used up" and disappeared.

Hi i've been following the thread for quite a while and realise i may have missed the boat here, but is there any chance you could convert my $1 unibet open ticket to a $1sng ticket or a $1mtt ticket, as i can't play the unibet open, and i've already had a number of my tickets expire

It might work now, the tech guys don't seem to understand what I'm asking them though, so I'm not sure. Could you test please?

It's a technical limitation. Apparently it's really hard to get it to work on several tables. I'd definitely like it to though, but it'll be some way off I'm afraid.

Nope.I cant even open the website through a link I could a few hours ago,seems like my ISP blocked that one too.
Anyway, who do I have to contact to withdraw my money?

I believe that lv.unibet-1.com works. We're looking into how we can get poker to work, so there's no need to pull the plug yet.

I don't think there'll be any more progress today, but hopefully tomorrow morning. They have a plan. The browser version login should work by the way.

I can go back any day I want and see hand history of that given day. The last 500 of that day it is.

Edit: Does anyone remember how I was complain' about my major challenge (get two pair counterfit with both holecards 3x)? Well, 7th of august and still didnt complete the major. Cant say I dont play enough. Have highest amount op pokerstrategy points ever in july and I'm 27th in the fast hold'em rakerace. Frustrating...

For some reason message which states "your mission is expired" (in Finnish, not stating any mission and seemingly nothing has happened) keeps popping up in message box every time I log in. Nothing major, just annoying.

I also wonder if you have plans to restore some old guaranteeds or bring up some new tournaments, right now tournament calender with one 100€ freezeout with 5k€ guaranteed and rest of tournaments having very small guaranteeds doesn't really tempt to play, though it is nice that there are few more tournaments than earlier. Jackpot-tournaments seem nice otherwise but I rarely play in Mondays.

Ah, right. Yes, I agree it definitely isn't great. To get the client made in time we needed quite a few compromises, and this is one of them. We're slowly replacing these kinds of things with improved features, but I have to be honest, this one isn't going to be too high in the list.

That's certainly the plan. We're in low season at the moment, but when we leave it we plan to look at guarantees again. We have plans for parts to improve right now, but we have backoffice problems that are stopping us right now.

I've not looked too closesly at the regulations but I gather they are interested in an Estonian-style solution. I seem to recall that in Estonia they started blacklisting sites AFTER they had a licensing system though.

Right now the business is taking a decision on what to do in Latvia.
