has anyone noticed how actually the bonus thing works? for instance, I raked over 5 euros to get 5 euros bonus by playing in a tournament (right?) and then I got part of the actual bonus (it acted as if I cleared one step at a time) after I played a little or logged in again after being logged off for some time. Is it a flaw or is it done on purpose (the bonus is shown as fully cleared, it is not gone anywhere) that you do not get the bonus immediately if you play mtt's?

For my part i could have handled it more delicately but my relationship with unicorns and moonbeams has never been sanguine. I believe some of the responses by email should have had more clarity to your procedures/terms and conditions and links to any argument put forward.

Some kind of a technical issue - I've had this a few times now, the tables keep working fine but the lobby becomes unresponsive (funnily enough, the casino buttons still work as i happened to click one accidentally and it opened the webpage) and then after a while it just goes all white. All the while, tables already open are all fine.

When this has happened it's also not possible to just close the client normally, have to force end process from task manager.

The reason it's this way is that we get a lot of fraud per euro with these deposit methods in these countries. That isn't an opinion or discrimination, it's a fact.

The reason it happens is that mostly only hardcore players know who we are in a country like Romania. But fraudsters also know who we are. The same hardcore and fraudulent players also exist in, say, the UK. But we advertise heavily in the UK, so we have a lot of normal players too.

This means there might be the same amount of fraud per capita in the country, but it's a much lower percentage of fraud per euro that goes through our system. That means that some deposit methods are profitable for us in some countries more than others. This is unlikely to change until we advertise heavily in a country.

Andrew, all I was trying to say that the bonus was not 'released' at once although it was definitely cleared, with a €25 rake for the main UO tournament. It was not a matter of seconds, minutes or hours, more like days. I mean, it's ok, I got it all but it was confusing to know whether I already got everything or not.
It was randomly giving me 1 euro cash only when I played some games on the same/next day. I mean, for some reason the whole process lagged a lot. I hope that was a somewhat clearer what I am trying to say.

By the way, be advised that other languages also struggle with some translation (not only Lithuanian or German or other), e.g. in Swedish... when you CAN'T register for a tournament, it says that you CAN.
There might even be more but I am not a native speaker to recognize all of them
