If it means closing the poker software for a period of time to improve it, fine, but please correct this issue as I you have a fantastic product, with great customer service!

I guess we both have a different understanding of the word basic or the nature of reasons for server issues.

I get these two. Generally stuff in the client (total flops seen, flops seen on ticket) should refresh more often than it actually does.

The second one doesn't matter really but you should be consistent.

Just watched the Sam Grafton twitch video and I liked it, much better than Isildur eventho Blom has more name fame and is probably good for a big 'unibet stunt' now and then, Sam G seems more attractive to me for what Unibet Poker stands for , more towards the rec player and he seems more of a character that fits in the design lol, they should make an avatar of him if he keeps streaming (no offence Sam )
Its quite good he is learning the software and cash games on the go as he is a tourney player and it makes things a bit more amusing to see him donk around a bit, imo also a thing that attracts the rec player who would be watching the stream + he is pretty chatty aswell.

On unibets side, handy to see how he 'discovers' the software as it might give u an insight of how new players get on with it. Or struggle with it.

Thanks for answering my comment from earlier this week. You are right: it is frustrating and I'm very well aware that you're not the one to fix the IT problems but in all fairness I must point out that it's the players money Unibet spends and I really believe the players would prefer a stable connection to more new features. No one likes spending money on things that don't work properly and Unibet had it's fair chance fixing it.
I haven't played since the up-date but looking foreward to do so as of tomorrow.
And yes I did contact support via e-mail but did not get any answer within the last 5 days - maybe you could look into this for me (I used the "info@unibetsupport" address).
