Andrew, I forgot to ask, if the dealer chat does not really say anything cards on the table and therefore does not tell a lot about the previous hands, maybe you could bring it back so we would not need to click it everytime to check how many players are left in the tournament, what is your current position or to see who won the previous hand etc.? Can you remind me the initial idea behind hiding it again? Slow down the multitable players?

I just wanted to confirm that there are some crashes happening,
usually within first 15 mins of client active, I'd say.
I think it started happening after this feature was introduced that we can make username stay remembered.
Luckily, after it crashes, I am able to quickly login again and resume playing, but also I'm pretty sure that it could interrupt me sometimes if I am in the middle of the hand, so I hope you will fix it soon....

Bug report:
I was playing S&G tonight, 3 in a row using tickets, but after I completed each one of them, I didn't use the option to immediately continue with another one, and rather quit then select another ticket in a minute or so and play another one.
When I selected that another ticket, I was offered some false S&G options (bold ones), which when chosen, automatically close and refund.
And for every played ticket, there was 2 more of those bold options.
Only last 2 options are valid ones.

I agree, but I suspect it's something that happens on Unibet's side, rather than on Relax's, the developers. If the former, it'll take ages to fix. If the latter, it's much easier. I'll investigate.

Essentially, it was removed to stop a hud. We also thought we could do the job more effectively with the game info boxes.

I don't think we're going to change anything with it until we have the hand replayer in after the summer, but I agree that this would be a good change. It depends exactly how we decide to use that area in the client, we haven't designed that yet.

Essentially, anything that interacts with the client is forbidden. Hold'em indicator does that by reading the dealer chat and overlaying information.

Hey Andrew, seem to be alot of disconnections recently, and usually am prompted to sign back in about 40 seconds later. Any chance of getting some more disconnection time, mb more so in pots with money already invested.

Is there some way to not have to log back in after longish disconnections?

Usually back on the tables within a minute but by then all my hands have been folded, very annoying.

actually, it's a screenshot from a pc client I am just saying that it might have something to do with switching from Android to PC. I played two tournaments (well it was only one, since you cant play more than 1 at the moment) and then switched back to PC. One tournament was working alright, the other one - was not. So this was an issue of PC client actually, I think Just in case, it is Galaxy S3 T999

I sometimes have a small bug. When i visit the challenge page and i check what challenges i currently have the window does not close anymore it automaticly opens again so i have to restart the client again to fix this. It does not happen alot but it seems that something goes wrong sometimes

Anrew, in the tables, on that space where it shows the casino games, instead of that, it should show the progress of the challenges!

Question for you: What do you think makes Unibet more money, the challenges or the casino games?

Andrew mentioned that they were thinking about a rotating display in that spot that will show different information.

I think it was in the thinking about it stage and at the moment as mentioned a couple of times ITT a lot of people on the development side are having holidays, so there wont be many changes till after the summer.

Unibet are nice guys and occasionally let people have holidays, I understand the troll from the basement is even having 2 weeks on a beach in Barbados .
