I logged in and played on a ticket. In the beginning my balance was shown to be 0$. aftyer a while it reported the right amount.

Am I being silly or is there no ingame chat? Seems if you're trying to make a recreational atmosphere, the ability to chat with the other players would be good

This came up before and reason why there is no chat is because it mostly only get used for berating others and its mostly 'regs' towards newer players
and dont think thats what u want to see in chat when u try to (learn) play poker or just joined a new site. And I agree with this, there is almost no added value + they will need staff to monitor it aswell which add costs.

And to follow the errors, seems to work fine again

I did think that it's probably because of abuse reasons. It's just I'd had this really fun HUSNG with a guy where we'd sucked out on eachother about 10 times in a row and was a bit frustrating that I couldn't have a laugh with the guy.

I suppose it probably is best not to have chat, for every amicable conversation on stars I see 1000 lots of abuse

I may have asked a similar question before but is there any way to track results on Unibet?

I'm not asking for tracking software, one of the things I like most is the lack of that but knowing how many hours and how much I have won/lost at months end would be useful.

Like on Bovada, you can get HH's 24 hours later and import them into HEM or whatever, is that possible here?

If you PM Andrew here he usually replies quickly with your won/lost and number of hands.

HH's aren't possible here, but a hand replayer is in the works and you can see hand histories as you play.

Keeps disconnecting again today, able to play 1 hand then it goes. Got technical error #3 on one of the attempted restarts as well

Site is becoming totally unplayable, not only disconnecting but also main lobby teleporting to tourney lobby and while surfing on websites happens something like right mouse clicks and etc.. Hackers everywhere ((

Firstly, as most of you know, site login and cashier were down for ~15 hours from Sat evening to Sun midday. I don't know why it was down for so long, and I don't know for sure what happened yet, except it was to do with our DDOS mitigation.

The people I'd ask at the developers are travelling (to here) at the moment, so hopefully I'll be able to post an update in the late afternoon.

As far as I know, no tournaments were cancelled so there weren't any automatic refunds. If you have a refund request over this period, please contact support as they can better handle them than I can.

Secondly, sorry for the lack of responses on Friday, we had a departmental off-site thing, then I wasn't around much over the weekend or I'd have posted when we were down.

We have two aims - to keep new players alive for longer, and to make poker fun again. I agree that it may not help the first, but it helps the second.

I don't know yet if it harms new player lifetimes though, I need it to have been live for a while before I can see this as the data are pretty noisy.

Sorry, I misunderstood you. I think this is a problem where we haven't kept the missions up to date with Challenges. Challenges used to award fixed points per Challenge, but now the points vary depending on how hard the Challenge is. I think the mission points requirements haven't changed in line with that, so I've asked the guy who makes these to keep it in mind for next time.

I agree that we need a hand replayer, but it has a lower priority than other things we've built over the past year, like table priority and tiling, milestones, Challenges, Banzai, missions, UO slot, prize drop, etc. We've also fixed ~2,000 bugs since launch.
