I know how a clock works. But if the mission says the next day and the clock goes past 12, it is the next day isn't it? So a bit unfair don't you think?

Has anyone had problems with "Select Max by Default" not being remembered? I had it once but now it's fine so I'm not sure what happened.

We're looking into ways we can adjust the clock based on timezone - it's a DK legal requirement that it's in like this for Denmark, and we don't check for country at the moment. Promos are in UTC though (as per T&C).

Yeah, just played cash, and sure, it doesn't matter there. If you want to look at a previous hand, you have to open the whole dealer chat. But now playing UO and not having dealer chat show you the tourney info kinda sucks.

I can only understand this change in one condition - if that was done on purpose to help recs (recs that play 1 table have the luxury to have an open lobby next to the table, something that multitablers don't.). I guess it would make a bit of sense then.

Maybe it's CPU lag?

summary------- A very long post about some tech issues. -------

Today i experienced some weird freeze problems while using poker web client (tried both IE and FF without any user installed addons). I registered in UO 2eur tournament with ticket i had. When tournament started it took me to the table but when i tried to fix settings (enabled color and disabled animations) It froze the whole pop up picture. I could hear the sound of hands being folded and clicking on the settings wheel or sit out dot would produce sound but nothing would happen. After like 10sec the folding sound disappeared but I could still produce sound from clicking buttons. Picture was completely still.

So i closed the pop up poker window and reopened it. After login it took me to the table but after 1 hand i got the same problem. I tried closing IE, complete cleaning via "clt alt del" both IE and FF with no luck. Even tried another pc freshly booted with clean IE and nope.

Also this is not the 1st time i have those freeze problems with web client. But before i was able to resolve it by relogging or doing "ctrl alt del" clean. Also sometimes the loading bar upon login would freeze, near the right corner and will just stay there. Only reopening would help.

I experience major performance issues with tournaments with lots of players.
E.g. last 2k UO freeroll ( those with 0,01 ticket buyin from spin thingy). The windows client freezes completely when opening 2k freeroll lobby. Restarting poker client doesnt help at all. Upon loggin it freezes. Reinstalling poker client helps. However when i open lobby again same issue repeats. Tested on 2 different PCs. Also after tournament finishes client works fine.

I was able to register while using Ipad app. However registering was very laggy. Clicking buttons took like 10 seconds each. And when seated on table it lags but playable.
Happened also with 2k UO 0,01 freeroll before and the last 3k march misson.

Upd.
While writing this i somehow was able to load the tournament table and played 2 hands. Leaving table and clicking settings wheel didnt cause any problems. Could not test further as my chips were gone because of extensive sit out. But when i tried to play some cash games via NL4 ticket i had the loading bar frozeze near the right corner. So i just gave up.

So i hope the tech team can have a look at the above issues. Also i will gladly provide more info from my side if needed.

- very interesting and unusual approach, will surely require some getting used to, but if it is "for the greater good", I support it. I guess mass multitablers will have hard time with it, but in some way it definitely adds the real life poker feel to it, you have to pay attention to the cards and players if you want to play good poker...

Here's a case where it might happen, from the developers:

1) start a hand with less than 100BB
2) make the max-top up (top-up amount appears on top of the table, waiting for the hand to end to add missing chips)
3) lose some additional chips during that hand so the planned top-up doesn't add your stack up to 100BB

Result: hand ends, stack gets topped up the originally planned amount and MAX option is OFF.

I don't know at the moment - I asked the developers to look into it.

It's to break a HUD - we have a longterm solution but it wasn't ready in time for yesterday's release. I agree it doesn't work very well for tournaments though, so if we can't get the longterm solution in in time, we will be able to fix that part at least.

There may be a problem with the Browser client and the Android client. Has anyone experienced similar? I am going by yesterday's Browser & Android rake, so it may just be variance.
