Cool, I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it.

I haven't heard of this one. I wonder if this is an artefact of an earlier bug fix - we used to have it so that if you were sat out at the start of the tourney hand you stayed sat out, but a LOT of people objected. Perhaps when we fixed it, it was only fixed for the player who sat back in. I'll investigate.

This is definitely a bug, and one I want to fix. Hopefully it will be soon.

Agree - we've had a couple of these. I'll suggest it.

I like this. People have done similar before with steps, normally with SNG. Of course, we also have similar with satellites to things like the Saturday Stack. But making a structured format like this where you just win cash at each stage - could be quite fun. I think the downside is that you'll get the serious sharks coming in when you have €1,250 buyin tourneys. I don't think we're ready for that kind of level at the moment. There's no reason we can't go smaller though.

I like this too. The progress meter has turned up a couple of times in this thread - it wasn't something that we thought people would like in and of itself.
One of our original ideas involved earning levels via achievements, and unlocking things via that. I don't think we're doing achievements very well at the moment (it's kind of generic), and part of the reason is that we just went with something a bit more cut down to make it all easier to understand.
We've already loaded up the development queue with the major features we want for the next 3 months or so. But after that, I'd definitely like to add some form of progress meter like this. It'll need some figuring out I think.

We've had physical goods before - a lot of the expense comes from shipping costs as we've got players from quite a lot of places. I like the idea of just having t-shirts/caps/decks of cards maybe. Perhaps we could somehow combine the last two ideas. There's no reason we can't have different progress bars for different countries.
So for example, we could have a UK progress bar each quarter as a kind of low-stakes loyalty scheme. It'd take the place of some of the bottom end of Challenges, and it'd award avatars, backgrounds, a t-shirt, that kind of thing. Then the one in, say, Germany where we wouldn't have a warehouse - that'd just do the avatars & backgrounds.
That isn't to say we'll actually DO any of this. But it's something for me to think about for the future. I definitely see merit in these kinds of ideas.
