There is a typo on the may missions page.

It says "Step 3 - €1 MTT Ticket"

Then in rewards of the same step it says "€5 Banzai ticket"

Yes. But we already have that stuff in place so I didn't mention it. It OUGHT to be that most colluders are caught by the site rather than by player reports. We can see every holecard (after the fact of course) and we can see how many hands people have played with each other compared to against other players at their stake. That means we should be able to flag the basic stuff really easily. Past that there're more complicated things that we can do that I don't want to post about.

I think a lot of sites claim they do this stuff but it's a low priority at best. I'm interested in finding ways that we can demonstrate we actually do check, but it's quite difficult.

We chose not to include it because I think people just use it to be mean to each other. I'd like to have a more community feel than we do at the moment though. 2 + 2 is a fairly limited way to do it, Twitch might be better, maybe we can figure out a better one yet.

I'd like to demonstrate how poker is a skill game to people who don't know how the game works very well. For example, I could use the old trope that someone called "fluffy kitten" is more likely to bluff because they're trying to look meek. That isn't a great one though - what else is good?

It also has to be quite entertaining. So something like "he checked a strong hand here last hand, but in the same situation he's betting, so he's probably not strong" is hard to make fun.

I don't think we should. The problem is that we have guarantees on the weekly final which is based on the number of €250 tickets that should be won. If we allowed this exchange, we'd miss guarantees which would cost us money. We also sometimes have overlays in the satellite system, and if that happens we try to do those at the bottom end. Allowing people to "skip" the final step would mean we don't get the benefit of that any more. And finally, it means we don't rake the €250 ticket any more, though that isn't really a big deal.

There's no deposit bonus - we just have a straight €500 playthrough bonus for everyone.

Question regarding bonuses. Initially you give a bonus when you sign up, are there any more cash rewards for playing a lot?

I don't play large amounts so I was never able to get through my original deposit bonus, but it would be nice to continue to have bonuses as a reward for when I do play a lot.

The online chat support said the same thing. But, this month, I'm having huge problems with disconnections. Support always says it's on my end and never offers a solution. It can be only on my computer, but I find this very strange because I had no problems just a few months ago and my hardware and software are the same. Besides, I have no problems while playing on pokerstars or PKR.
Everytime I complain about this, I'm told it's my problem and no solution is found. I really like playing on Unibet, but I'll have to move if the problem persists.
