Sorry for no post yesterday, I was working from home so didn't have access to our back office.

I removed the ticket and I asked our 3rd line support to have a look at the case, I'm sorry you had trouble.

We've found a couple of situations under which it can occur and have fixed them in our development client, but the fixes aren't live yet. They'll come in with the next release, which is Apr 28th.

Thanks - could you post your alias and the tournament it happened in please? It'll help us track down a bug.

You know as a, gambling operator, which as only a first of effects of running games like that -gets more time to rake both more and less skillful player for his own profit ?
There are two things here. First, there is currently no page that shows the SNG structure/starting stack. This is a problem and it should be fixed in the next release in a way that's similar to how MTT info works in dealer chat.
But for reference, 5-max SNG have 2k starting stacks and 2-max have 1k. Both have 3 minute levels. 5-max uses the exact same blind level structure as all of our tournaments (I basically stole the Sunday Million structure and made it a bit slower). 2-max uses a very similar one but doesn't have antes.
The other thing is that we don't allow table selection. There is no list of SNG running (though there is a count), and you can't pick which one to play asides from the stake. This is the same in cash games.
There's no table selection because we don't want bum-hunting. It's very bad for the ecology if people only sit with weak players. We want to make the site about poker, not about who has the best auto-seating script.
Finally, we rake less per player per day than we did while on MGS. This is because we didn't design the site to appeal purely to heavy grinders on rakeback deals. Instead we built it to be about keeping new players alive for longer. It's true that we extend the lifetime of weak players so I guess you could say we're raking them more, but if that comes because they're more likely to deposit next time it's good for everyone (except bum-hunters).

The events team will send it a day or so into the week - it's done by hand and they don't work on Sundays. Did you get it yet?

For instance in their live betting section, outcomes on fastpaced sports dissappear all the time and you have to reload the entire (slow) site. Sometimes it gives the 'not logged in' or 'a technical problem occured. please try again later' errors. Reloading the site does the job but is obv very annoying.
Could you note the time it happens next time please, and post it? Also, could you post your alias or PM me your login name please? This goes for anyone who gets this - we'd like more information on this problem please.
It isn't a widespread problem - or if it is, it's newly widespread.
Also, the site is only slow if your computer is slow. It's true that we have higher CPU requirements than we'd like, but this is a side effect of how we built it.

It obviously sucks that the CPU requirements are high. But it means we can have almost identical versions on PC, Mac, iOS, Android and Browser, and that we can put out pretty substantial monthly updates on each of them. All of that with a team of about a dozen developers.
In the long-term we'll be able to do something about the high CPU requirements, but it's an enormous amount of work.

It'll take up to 72h to be credited though, as it's done by hand.

It should actually be 01:00 AM CET (00:00 UTC), but I guess daylight saving messed it up a bit.

Points per Challenge haven't changed (though a couple of frequencies changed, so the points change in proportion as usual).
The overall payouts have changed but they aren't lower - I still expect to pay out the same amount this quarter as last. I like to change it around a bit each quarter because otherwise it will get stale, and also to improve the performance. For example, bonuses at the top end are smaller now and cash payouts are larger, because it was possible to stack lots of bonuses that you'd never get to play in Q1 (hence me exchanging queued bonuses for tickets, and the rash of bonus exchanges lately).
