Anyone else get the "payment couldn't be processed" error a lot lately? Really sucks because it means I have to wait for my last table to finish, then log off and log back in again.

uhhhh, still some random issues with connectivity. at first, one guy sits out randomly, then I get dc'ed. thankfully I managed to get back at him. The browser worked alright, but apparently I couldn't connect Unibet's servers only...

Same as on here. It's not an issue that costs me any money (apart from less hands being played obviously) but when you add it to the frequent disconnects it kinda ruins the experience of playing.

Has Unibet officially lost the plot? Who on Earth would even make such an absurd loyalty program let alone have the nerve to actually implement it and lastly think anyone wants to study 3 hours to figure the damn thing out!!!! Same on you guys for being so ignorant!

another bug. This happened to me 3-4 times, and always only first time when I click on arrows to roll out. Then it works normally.

I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

Here is a three step course.

1) Do what the challenge says.
2)Complete the challenge for the points.
3)Reach x amount of points and claim that award.

Not sure if it should take 3 hours to figure this out but some people take a bit longer to learn.(Only took me 2 hours to figure it out)

Hey Andrew, i've had the same problems as most in the last couple of pages of this thread but most seem to have been fixed, just a couple of DCs lately.
But I've noticed that my 'bonus' progression is no longer showing. I can view my challenges and achievements fine, but on my profile, under 'Bonus' it says "You have no bonus" all of a sudden.

Anyone else got this?

some ideas/comments for the future:
when you join/rejoin a table and you are sat out, you cannot press play and continue the game immediately - you have to wait until the hand is over. I have noticed that for many times. NB this does not apply when you join at the end of a hand and are shown the play button.
have you guys though about having a friendlist? I suppose you rejected the idea since you are sat randomly and you cannot chat.
were there any consideration about using tabs for multiple tables or some other solution for not having many windows in the taskbar (in Windows OS) - I hate stacking them in one place as much as I hate having, lets say, over 8 of them.
in the players list of the tournament lobby, you cannot track some player by pressing the keyboard button of some letter (e.g. me - Pr3dat0r - someone could find me easier just by pressing "p" and seeing the cursor on a person who's nickname starts with a "p" and then is first in alphabetical order for the rest of the characters). I hope I was clear enough on this one
I remember this table randomizing thing (in cash games) was implemented due to the fact that some players migh work together, right? But what about the sit'n'go?

I'd like to see something simple as player notes personally, even if you're just applying it to one persona of a player.

I guess it is the general thinking of keeping the client as simple and user friendly as possible for anyone who is interested in poker and not only for the hardcore players, that is why we do not see advanced options like the stats/notes/other apps integration there.

sometimes this crosses my mind too, but then, it really does not make sense on Unibet , with everchanging avatars etc.
and its good that way actually.

we are of course free to have our own separate .txt notes of players, heh
