Now after 2 minutes every table is jammed.

Hello, in tournament info is showing always a winning places minus 1.

pls add function to block avatars I hate this zombie avatar.
It's really disgusting and I don't want turn off all avatars.

Andrew, I have some technical issues. I received a technical error #4 while playing. Everything was fine except I couldn't close the challenges screen. But when I wanted to leave next big blind, the table freezes. After that I restarted the software and when I log in it says technical error #3 and I can't even see my balance.
Could you also change my 2 €25 SNG tickets into 1 NL50 ticket?

Hi Andrew, Just installed latest update. Registered to a 10 ubo at approx 9pm no problem.Then tried same for €10 saturday stack many times but would not allow me to register. Showed technical error4.
Re disconnects. Had crazy disconnects yesterday. All 4 cash tables showed disconnected but one was still playing and i could act on that one. 2 more came back on but the last one stayed disconnected longer.
I also get certificate issue. pirahn

Andrew, Playing €10 ubo at approx 9pm as stated in previous post. At approx 9.50 Froze, message came up technical error 3#. Closed and opened several times to no avail. Very disappointing as had a big stack. pirahn

Looks like it can be a global problem with Unibet's servers since you cannot see your balance on their website too - it throws some error regarding server connection.

We obviously have to wait till tomorrow since its already after work hours.. there is nothing else to do

I've got quite a few meetings this morning so I'll read the thread a bit later, but as you know we did indeed have site-wide problems from around 2106 to 0034 last night. It should now be resolved.

Thanks for the bug, I've reported it.

Blocking individual avatars - I haven't thought about that before, but it sounds sensible to include. What would happen if you block one, does it change to a different one at random?

I'm the one who left his shaver at home and wearing the by then slightly wrinkled suit. Maja is indeed the one in the middle. She hates having photos of herself online so hopefully she doesn't notice this one.

What's your alias? I can check. I don't think there'll be any money or tickets lost - it's just that they'll all be in a long queue that only started moving again when Unibet fixed the problems on their end.

Whoops, sorry, fixed.

Re: Challenges payout - we saw this twice lately, the developers are looking into it. I credited you with the payout manually - I had to do 2x €25 playthrough, the 2nd will be queued, it's the same value. This is probably the source of the problem too.
