Anyone who's been having disconnection problems: could you post your alias or PM me your username please? We can traceroute to see if there's a common cause.

We can't change it for this time, but I have no problem with including SNG next time. It's not too hard to reach the number of flops seen in cash games though.

I just click on ok to, but letting Andrew know as a lot of people might not use the site if there is a security certificate error.

Thanks - what happens if you uninstall the client from control panel, THEN do a fresh install? (if that isn't what you did).

Uninstall and reinstall is still the same.


The control panel uninstall does not remove the install directory.
So i deleted the directory and installed afresh, still the same.

Dear Unibet, dear Andrew,

The past few days I've been reading the first 120 pages of this thread. I LOVE your concept and, Andrew, your dedication, passion and friendliness (it's a miracle you've never lost your patience through the whole 120 pages).

Was planning on reading the whole thread (and waiting for my salary in the beginning of april to be able to deposit right away) before registering, but got too exited and registered today, already donated the welcome ticket but I'm still loving you guys even more! Thank you very much for existing! And congrats on the extremely well deserved award X

One question. At the moment cashgame NL4 shows about 200 players, but the few times I left tables and went back, I had the same players as before at my table. This makes it a little hard to believe there are 200 players in the pool, because the seating should be random? Or is it normal to be seated at the same table as before if you didn't leave for longer than, let's say, an hour?

Well, that's it! No complaints 'bout nothing further! Thanks again, from now on you're a losing player richer X

nah, generally, the seating algorithm is supposed to favor the same table you left. although you can always join more tables and close the ones at which you sat before.

We're not sure what happened here because there was no packet loss/network problems on our side that we can see, but obviously something went wrong anyway. Cool, I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the site (and I'm impressed you read 120 pages of the thread - you can make this a bit easier if you set 2 + 2 to show 100 posts per page). And don't worry, I'm rude to people from time to time.

The seating algorithm will seat you at tables you've left recently if it can. This is to stop people from joining/rejoining to find a way to table select. It remembers tables from a couple of hours before.

Its to stop people trying to table select by leaving and joining until they find the table they want.

About the problem, I dont know either, but I checked the hand history and then I saw that I was, like I said before, disconnected and reconnected several times not only overall, but also during my turn on turn and river individually

Well, bugs or not, I'm facing pretty serious problems lately. I just sent you screenshots via email what happens when I try to open task manager meanwhile tables are open. (after I got disconnected and had to relog)

If its CPU lag (which for some reason started to happen just during last couple of weeks and usually on same time window every day) it's neither my system which for some reason doesn't meet the requirements or your software is leaking memory in result of bad coding etc.
I still doubt CPU lag would cause all these disconnect problems.

The poker slot is part of the poker client and usually awards poker tickets.
So I think self exclusion from the normal slots will not affect playing it.
You dont pay to play it, normally 50 flops gets you a free spin and you can earn up to 5 spins a day.

Installed new version but names in the dealerchat are all broken up now with blank spaces and they dont always show in the same way either.
Is this a bug or just to prevent people data mining the chat window lol

@ AgressiveDog: dont think hand histories are stored on our pc's?
