Hi Andrew,

I was hoping to receive a ticket for the double trouble freeroll tomorrow, but I don't know for sure now if I am entitled to play. I really hope so!!

Hi I can't believe the response I just got from the support team. After doing everything that was suggested and e-mailing this.

I've opened the file that I was asked to send and the last lines of it say this



So i was clearly disconnected. The disconnect was not on my side, as I opened up twoplustwo to post my complaint just fine. I also have never had this on any other site. Also when it's happened in the past which it has done, I have been able to log back in within about 10 seconds so despite losing chips have not even reported it, i couldn't even open the login screen until the game was finished.

Can I get this reviewed somehow?

I have found on win 8.1 if windows update is running in the background or if my laptop has been in sleep mode, I have disconnection or lagging problems.

A reboot seems to fix it in these cases.

Not sure if this could be the cause of your problem but a reboot seems to help with a lot a stuff.

Feature Request.

A table pop up with the challenges information that tiles like a table would.
It is hard sometimes to open the lobby and see a new challenge when playing a few tables.



Something like this, but maybe a bit better looking than my photoshop attempt, or maybe have the information in a tab where the dealer chat is ,a bit like the tourney info tab but with challenge info.

Welcome. The problem here was that the person who picked up your request didn't know the process properly. Should be fixed there too now.

There was a bit of packet loss at 23:30 and 00:04 UTC but it shouldn't have affected many people.

This is probably going to be CPU lag - windows update can take a lot of resources up sometimes.

We were thinking of changing the casino banner on each table (lower right) into some kind of rotating banner that can show different things. One of them would be Challenge info. Whether we do it depends on if we can build it without slowing the client down for everyone.

Oh, and we'll be updating Unibet Poker server side on 2015-03-26 04:00-06:00 UTC (05:00-07:00 CET). Games will be paused during update, and new SNG tournament creation is disabled about 1 hour before update.

It should auto update. Gambling apps aren't allowed on Google Play, but we'll publicise this version a lot more widely. The updated version will be at the same link as before when it's out. That'll likely be Thursday morning.

I think that one is a play money version. Note .net instead of .com.

It's the way they also go around other laws and rules that apply to gambling. Make up play money site for learning and advertisement and after people register just send them with real money advertisement.
