Hi I can't believe the response I just got from the support team. After doing everything that was suggested and e-mailing this.

I've opened the file that I was asked to send and the last lines of it say this
So i was clearly disconnected. The disconnect was not on my side, as I opened up twoplustwo to post my complaint just fine. I also have never had this on any other site. Also when it's happened in the past which it has done, I have been able to log back in within about 10 seconds so despite losing chips have not even reported it, i couldn't even open the login screen until the game was finished.
Can I get this reviewed somehow?
