They reset each quarter. I quite like your idea, but we have a similar thing where if you earn > 1m points, any points you earn before the next payout will roll over to the next quarter.

So if you earn 1.2m points, 200k points will roll over (the next payout is 1.25m). If you earn 5.35m points, 350k points will roll over (the next payout is 6m).

IMO Andrew you have to have some sort of 'chat' on your site. Unibet 'caters' for the recreational player but recreational players like to chat with each other. It's why we hate playing at sites where players are 24 tabling and dont speak a word. I mainly play in casinos for the social aspect, the banter that I can have with fellow players. Please reconsider your decision not to have a chat facility. Even if you go down the Ongame route having the chat box in the lobby. Why dont you have a poll on how many ppl would like/dislike a chat facility?

My main objection to chat is that people are just rude to each other. I bet 5-10% of all words in poker chat are "donkey" or "fish", and another 10% are "****ing". I'm not interested in that. I think it works better without chat at all.

Hi Andrew, When registering for a comp there should be a confirmation page before joining. Sometimes you think you have a ticket only to realise its taken cash. No problem if you have time to unregister but nothing you can do at late registration. Also prize structure for satellites. When not enough for next stage ticket the remainder is returned in tickets for same tourny. Thats rather unfair. Monies should be returned so we can decide how to spend it. It will be spent on unibet so no reason to tie people in.

You guys should do vegas for next year as a major promotion. It would be for around €5000 for a week during wsop. I would suggest doing vegas around autumn
. You would get a much better value deal at the resorts. You do not need wsop for the vegas experience. wsop are extortionate. You guys have the best qualifying format at the moment. This would be a great way of getting new players to site

Maybe Increase normal package to 2500 or 3000 and get venues which are all inclusive holiday destinations for 2. There are some great cheap European destinations at the moment. The problem with package for 1 is it creates disharmony at home. New players would also welcome a friend/family if its for first time. regards vinny
