My £500 welcome bonus freerolls expired before I got to use them is there anything that can be done to renew them?

Also what is with all the things expiring? I have several bonuses expiring within a couple of weeks and I only play 4NL right now and it takes quite some time to unlock them at this stakes.

I plan on moving up to 10NL once I have 20 buyins.

Lots of disconnects tonight, while I was connected to the internet. Has something changed in the way the client deals with disconnects?

Then when I got disconnected it wouldn't ever reconnect, I had to close down the client every time, which cost me a lot of money.

I got Disconnected tonight when I had AA and had money in the pot, panicked and tried to relog and it was already too late, all in all I lost about half my stack because of it.

Sit there and play 400 hands and on the 1hand I have AA I get disconnected just unbelievable since my internet was working just fine lol

TBF this wasn't always the case, next time I tried waiting again and it did come back.

Someone that has completed the sng promo challenge this month can you tell me do you get alerted as soon as you complete it?

Also Andrew could you confirm how many have completed so far out of interest

I think so too But 1.25M for the Unibet Open package is possible for sure (not for me ) so I was wondering how many players reached that mark.

And if no-one reached the 10M mark, it would be interesting to know what the highest point total is

I dont get people asking to extend their bonus time. If you didn't or couldn't put up the volume just live with it as others do. I only deposited 10€ and already got bonuses worth about 5€ and going on (playing 1€HU's and some PLO4). In relation to the rake I paid I suspect it's huge. They try to make money not financing micro-poker bums, lol ;P just sayin... don't want see this thread to become about bonus bagging

BTW: try to get a bonuses cleared on the big sites like PS and compare it to UB, gl

I'm worried that if we have a stat in the client that says "you're down €xyz in the past five years" we'll put people off while they'd be fine with just spending €25 a month or whatever. I think people should be able to get that information, but I think it should be limited via customer service.

Anything I can do in this thread, customer service should be able to do too. If I get too busy to handle this thread it'll be because we've grown a lot, but that means that customer service will be more used to poker questions, and we can help educate them too.

Nobody will reach 10m. I just put it in there so that we're covered in case someone gets near. I'm afraid I can't really tell you for 1.25m because it's giving away information about our player base that I can't share. I am fine posting about trends and our thinking behind our plans, but I don't want to share too many real numbers or analysis on promotions etc. Those are things that our competitors can more easily use.

What's your alias? Tickets expire, but you can only have one active bonus at a time. Those have quite long expiry times.

I don't want to make a habit of it, but I don't mind helping people out from time to time. The cost to us is pretty low and it makes people happier. If the cost gets too high (too many people asking) or it stops making people happy (they just think they deserve it) then I'll stop.

We thought about it, but I think ultimately we won't. I don't think we want to be that kind of site. We thought about adding some packages as a promo, but mostly because we could have done it quite early and it'd make us stand out from other sites a bit. A lot of the value in WSOP is if you can send quite a few players, as then one of us can go there too and buy them drinks etc, plus of course the chances of them going deep increase.

Sending one or two just doesn't seem too exciting to me, and sending 10+ is expensive as it takes 100k out of the ecology.

Basically I used the wrong meaning for the word turn.

Hi, just wanted to say that I really enjoy playing on Unibet (just joined some days ago) and that I think that you really have the best approach towards a healthy poker ecology. So keep up the good work, especially here on 2+2

'bug report': when succesfully finishing the playthrough requirement of a ticket (I had a 25nl ticket and see 300 flops) a message comes up saying:
"Your ticket balance was too low to be used at the tables. The remaining balance has been credited to your account."
Prob better if it said u completed the requirement or something.

And another thing, installed the new version yesterday, when u open Unibet or a table u get like a green loadingscreen for a sec,
its like the green is brighter than before... not a fan of it
