A list of restricted countries would probably make far more sense.

First, there was a bug last week where one of the small stakes tournaments was calculated incorrectly towards the tourney leaderboard. It's fixed now.

This is because only your ten best results count. We're going to highlight this paragraph on the promo page so that it's clearer.

So only the best ten results overall count towards the promotion?!
Because in the terms and condition it says "Only a player’s ten best results in each tournament will count towards the leaderboard.
As 4 different tournaments count, you could have 40! results counting towards the promotion. So either the terms are flawed or there is a results tracking bug. Because i defenitely haven't scored more than 10x better than 5th place in that particular tournament.

Or do I get sth completely wrong here?!

approx -200 euro from sports/casino this week, which crushed my poker profits (and then a lot more)! Any chance I can get an entry to double trouble?

I enter my details as usual and nothing loads up on the client, no pool info or account info, after about 5 minutes it comes up with the technical error report and I have to close the client.

I've tried on two different machines and the same thing has been happening for over an hour now.

I can log into the website fine though. Hmmmmmmmmm.

I came here to post the same thing, I put my username and password in and it hangs about them comes up with "Technical error please try again later"

I should also note, I can log into the website fine but cannot play the browser version either.

Connection problems - we believe that there are problems somewhere between us and a few players. I have three reports so far, including the two in this thread, and potentially a few more in Romania.

It isn't site-wide and it doesn't affect most people. We're monitoring it, but if the problem is somewhere between us and you, there isn't a great deal we can do for now I'm afraid.
