A strange thing happened today...

On the flop I clicked the call button but I got disconnect at the same time (my side, not unibet faults). After my reconnect I made a screenshot (shown below)According to the dealer chat I folded my hand on the flop. However, my balance after the hand is 81.08 euro (table). I started the hand with 104.23 euro (dealerchat). 104.23eu - 9.11(preflop)-14.04 (flop call)=81.08euro. So the dealer chat indicated that I folded on the flop but the flop call was deducted from my table balance....

During my session today I saw one thing that got me really confused and worried.


First as I thought I is not possible to take same screenname as someone else? And even if so is the case what are the odds that they even have the same avatar?

You have to chose that the table sahall pop up when action is on you. Somewhere in the settings dont remeber where but there are like 6 things to chose from so I think you will figure out wich it is =)

One probably has iight4bet(Iight4bet) and the other one light4bet and the client font has capital I and small L very similar. Slightly annoying, yes.

The poker product manager is writing the specs at the moment for a hand replayer. I doubt it'd make it into the late Feb release but perhaps it could for the late Mar release - it depends how hard the developers think it'll be to build.

Yes, I agree that that's strange. Our back office & database show the action correctly but the dealer chat shows it incorrectly. I've reported it as a bug.

Yeh, we've had this before. One player copies another's name & avatar. It's from the l and I thing.

The font we use is identical for lower case L and upper case I. It's really hard to change the font apparently, but we figured out this morning that it should be easier to check on alias change if this "trick" is being used. We're investigating.

Welcome. When the poker product manager writes the specs for replayer I asked him to look for hand history improvements too.

There's a minimum table size of 640x480, but with the Windows controls it's 656x520. Are you reaching that minimum? Tiling will set to that minimum & overlap if you try to fit too many in.

Have you activated table priority? It's under options on the table (the cog 3 from the right).

We're in the process of updating the tournament schedule a bit again - a few buyin changes, minimum number of player changes, a few tournaments changed to satellites, and a few tournaments added. Total daily guarantees are up 10%.

Daily tournaments will be updated for today/tomorrow, but weekly ones may take a week to update, it depends on whether they're in the client right now or not.

Apologies if this has been asked before, explained elsewhere, or I'm just being stupid and am overlooking something, but with no hand histories at all, how can the playing pool uncover the sort of collusion or "superuser" frauds that have happened previously in online poker history?

The player pool simply can't. You have to trust Unibet's anti-fraud team.

Screen size doesn't matter, it is the resolution that matters. What is your resolution? from that you can calculate how many tables you can fit on screen.

I have been struggling with this a long time now, thought I could live with it but I cant.
Every time I fire up my 11th or 12th table on UB the client freeze up totally and I have to force it to close and then reopen it and log in. Another thing is that when I play alot of tables sometimes I cant press my profile to get in and se what Challenge I have. I mean nothing happens when I press my profil and the avatar. Someone else having these troubles to?

If that is really true (and I'm not saying it is) then anybody that plays there really has no appreciation of the history of online poker. Absolutely zero sympathy for anybody who loses any money on any site that is not open to "player pool audit".

Perhaps a little research into Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker Scandals (Google is your friend if you don't like the 2+2 search facility).
