This!, its hard enough without the option to save HH's, but how would you imagine we would do this? i mean we can also say, my hourly is 15$, i lost 2-3 working hours so i would like 45$.....

Network latency......sounds like your getting DDOS'd? if so just say that imo, people respond better to that then saying, we are investigating.....

FWIW i hope its not your ISP or servers.....because then it will take ages before it gets fixed properly in my experience....

Played 5 minutes WITH disconnect. But a lot of people in the player pool, so maybe good for the most of the players.

I'll address specific points tomorrow when I'm at work, but for now - it's the Maltese ISP that is having problems. The developers are investigating.

No this have to be fixed and announced that the problem has been taken care of. Boring thing is that people that are going for the higher levels in challenges loses out on a full sunday. And not only that loses money on the way to when they proberbly would have won.

Now, here we go again: connect, not connect.. Unibet has had several months to fix the "baby-problems" for the new pokerclient, but is still the same problems as some months ago..
At the freeroll which started at midnight now, I was sitting at two tables before I lost, and it was only 2 and 3 players who was connected.. I was not connect for 4 times during 20 minutes..
This destroys the whole joy with playing and it is not fair to the players..

It probably also helps to actually read a few posts back before throwing out random crap. The poker room rep has clarified that the issues lie with an ISP on Malta, which can happen any time and yes even on PokerStars.

Hmmmm, does anyone know if Unibet accepts registrations from Australia for the poker client? The link above is not working for me, rather it directs me to the .au webpage which by the looks of it only offers a casino and sports book.

I am a New Zealander just visiting Australia at the moment.

From around 15:00 to 23:30 GMT yesterday the Unibet poker site was DDOS'd. Our ISP had measures in place to prevent it but there were delays in them taking effect correctly. We're looking into ways to improve our protection to DDOS attacks, but it's hard to prevent them 100% so we can't guarantee we'll be immune to them in the future.

Those who follow this thread know that we have also had smaller packet loss problems (this also results in the "Technical Error" message) for a few evenings in the past couple of months. This is unrelated but is also being investigated with the highest priority.

When the site was being attacked we paused and then cancelled several tournaments. Players who were in those tournaments will be refunded and notified as per our tournament cancellation policy which can be found at https://a1s.unicdn.net/polopoly_fs/1...Game_Rules.pdf under sections 27, 28 and 29.

Such as how many runners it typically gets and what is up top?

Also, should I win a ticket online, does it have to be played that week, or can it be saved?

Very sorry to hear. I hope Unibet are able to track down the origin and proceed legal action against these people. I don't know why DDOS is so prevelant - seem people think they are immune to prosecution because they are behind a computer or something. No matter how smart they are at bouncing their original login, from server to server to mask their tracts, competent IT professionals with a budget - will be able to trace them.

I hope they are caught and put to justice. Thanks for the update.
