Hello.

Now a few things that starts to make me annoyied about this site.

1. I usually dont care if a client disconnects now and then but in this case flopped top pair A kicker in a raised pot CB flop get called then disconnect. What happens to the money in this pot? It´s one thing when its your internetprovider that have bad connetion but this is the site itself. Now I cant log in. "Technical error, plese try again later"

2. I really like what you are doning for the players here Andrew, so no offense about what im saying now. But I have tried to email you twice without an answer. Can you please look into this? I would be much appriciated.

3. The points system on challenges. I had been playing about 10-15 hours on 8-10 tables on NL100-NL200 I made a big challenge "Reach the river when turn and river pairs" and it only gave 9460 points. Can this be correct? Under 10k for a major?

Same problem here one of the nl200 table 3bet pot 1,5bi deep turn top 2. I hope atleast site crashed for everyone so atleast pot get split or something.
Whats the procedure in situation like this?

the site just got back on... lost 1BI and now I'm disconnected again looking at my pocket kings.
This is frustrating as hell. I really like Unibet but I don't know how much more disconnections I can take.
Please fix Unibet ASAP!

Same here...i actually like Unibet but in the 1,5 weeks i play there I experienced more software glitches, disconnects and other annoyances than on any other poker site i played before...kinda diasappointing.

You must have never played on 888 and PartyPoker then.

Yeah same here, played a few hands get disconnected again......

What is the best way to reconnect? should i leave the client and the 3 tables i was playing open (so they can reconnect), or should i restart the lobby?

to want to know whats the procedure in the case of disconnects?
(for me it's the principle; getting on a table, pay'd the BB, and got disconnected, its just throwing away a BB, and i dont like throwing away money)

True that, but the traffic on those 2 sites is way bigger imo!
and 888 finally resolved most of their problems after like 2 months of crap,
PP i dont have an account anymore because they wanted to charge me administration costs for having an account and not playing....so cant say much from my experience and that site

It's NOT keeping the tables open, i tried this, but i had 3 "open" tables when i reconnected but none of them continued......

just close the tables it seems.....

Hi Andrew,

During the disconnect this afternoon I registered for the €4 UO open, and bought in for €12 but I only got one €4 UO ticket back. Can I have my missing €8 back as well?

Could you convert €50 of my tickets into a €50 UO open ticket?

Ok seriously....

Please learn from this at Unibet!

DONT get the site up and going until you have fixed the problem. This acually costs people alot of money and now it happened 3 times within 2 hours. This is not OK. I cant understand why Unibet opens the client before testing it so it wont crash again.

We've cancelled current tournaments and will refund players accordingly. If you have any refund requests for SNG, cash games, or tournaments that you were knocked out of before the refunds, please contact support.

This isn't a software bug. It's a network latency problem. It's being investigated at the moment.
