Hi Andrew, I have a similar query with the same 77x major challenge and wonder if it's to do with it being part completed in your "January sale". I have a feeling that it's only awarded half points. Can you tell me what the pay out should be at NL10, I was awarded 575 points which was about half of what I was expecting and less than one of my PLO10 minors. I presumed with the half completed major that you were giving us those other half of the points for free. The PLO half completed one awarded 1175 which seemed correct. Thank you Adrian

It turns out that there was a typo in the "Reach a flop where the first card is a heart, the second a diamond and the third a club" Challenge. It was paying out 1% of what it was meant to. 13 players had completed the Challenge already and we've credited them with the extra points. Anyone with partial completion should now see an updated projection.

That sounds plausible... And worrying. I'll ask the developers to investigate.

My understanding is that players from other regulated markets can't play there, neither can players from countries where gambling is illegal (like the US), but that players from other countries can. I don't know for sure if Finnish players can play there, support can probably help you better than me as it's a site-wide thing.

My intention was not to complain about the race. I was adding up everything that you have now taken away from a big raker like me. Adding up all of those (including this 3000 EUR less when hitting 4M point), I now end up paying Unibet 5000 EUR more in rake if I play same amounth than last quarter. I thought this was worth of complaining.

I understand - there are definitely some places where a few players will be worse off. Overall we're paying out the same.

Last time when I went to Vegas I asked if I could play on Unibet whilst on holiday and was told no, as it was illegal to gamble online in America. I'm due to go back again in a few days. It's now legal to gamble online in Nevada (my destination) can I play on Unibet whilst on holiday this time? Thanks as always Adrian

The answer is still no as Unibet does not hold a Nevada online gambling license. It is only legal to play on sites that do have a license, which pretty much only leaves WSOP after UltimatePoker folded recently.

OK, it looks like there was a bug in the "50% off" Challenge promo at the start of the month. It was awarding 50% points too. We're investigating now and will hopefully have a fix shortly. We'll obviously credit people for completed Challenges too.

I don't know if the reported problem where the projection changes is related to this or not, but I think we need to fix the 50% bug first.

I think I also missed points for the first major challenge (Holdem).

Started playing few weeks ago at Unibet and noticed some bugs in nl4 tables:

With many tickets it seems to be quite random what ticket is currently in play even if I choose specific one.

Random table window shuts down. Yesterday i was kicked same table three times in row when it was time to post blinds.

Hi Andrew, I know you're working on handhistory specs etc - so this may already be known but in terms of functionality we have at the moment there are some bugs.

For instance - I'm playing a tournament and go to tournament hand history and nothing shows. I exit the hand history and go back in and still nothing shows.



But sometimes I go into the hand history and it just is magically working.

It's cool how the site is growing. I remember when the 5pm freeroll started edging up to 600 players.



Now it's hitting it's cap. Very cool, I'd rather the site thriving than easier freerolls anyday of the week.

Same issue again with the tournament lobby on the Mac client and that one cannot scroll down to more than the 15th spot. Tournament ID is 950590 and have a screenshot if needed.

Just started up a session almost on every table i saw the same people grinding the rakerace so i just quit, guess i wont be playing alot this month.

So basically the payout showed €5 each for the top 15 and top 32 paid with €139.50 in the prize pool. Guess I could have done the math with x times €5 to find out how many get the top prize. Was super short, luckboxed once with A3>AQ after reaching ITM and then folded until the pop up came that I had won the 5 bucks.

thanks for the explanation re. rake race. fwiw i'm not complaining about nl400 getting too little. i'd be fine without any promos. my only worry is rake races attracting/making tables viable for mediocre nitreg rakeback grinders.

It always uses the ticket furthest left(which is the one with the shortest date)
No matter which one you use.

Some more things experienced/feedback:
- It would be great to have an option like "My Registered Tournaments" where i can see all my sngs and mtts I already registered for. Since i experienced quite a lot of bugs and freezes where i only could close the tournament, this would be a good thing enabling me to open them up again without restarting the whole client.
- am i the only one where the numbers in the betting box disappear or "freeze" regularly (same amount all the time, no matter what or no numbers at all)?
- am i the only one who cant open hand histories on a regular basis?
- Any chance of a replayer coming soon? I mean no notes, hud etc. is nice but it would be good to have at least a replayer showing the previous action like on stars or a lot of other clients
