I don't think we really offer prizepools that make deal making a worthwhile addition, at least from a dev POV. I think it's been raised before as something on the long list but not a real high priority.

You can view all your old hands in the client. Some additional filtering so you could filter by tournament would probably be enough?

I'm not sure and I don't know are the honest answers. As per any country based request, the poker product doesn't get to make the rules so if the company as a whole decides not to allow somewhere to play we normally have little to no say over it. I'll ask some question and see what I can find out.

There is not, and it's by design.

If you wants some basic stats on your play (P/L, hands/flops seen, rake), you can request these from customer support.

I have tried three different browsers and they all fail at playing poker in the browser. What happened? It's like it's zooming in too much.

Probably. It's a predatory and very solved format and in decline so it'll likely be removed at some point.

For desktop, F11 to make your browser full screen and then click on the diagonal arrows will give you most screen space for the browser version.

For mobile, it'll depend on the OS and device. I've seen one instance where safari was zooming in too much and cutting buttons off.

Do you now understand how it's broken?

Hold down CTRL and press the + or - keys and you see the client magically change size. Looks like your browser is set to something greater than 100% zoom. Based on the screenshot I'm going for 125%

It's not new, it's where pending bonuses are shown when you have multiple on your account. When you complete your active bonus, the circled one will become active.

I've been having an issue recently where upon login I have to keep doing 'I am not a robot' checks. The captcha that is used is pretty bad which leads to failing it over and over and then getting 'your computer or network may be sending automated queries'. Can you help with this at all please?

There were some global Unibet site issues yesterday that were causing the error. The login screen you see in the poker client actually comes from the main website so when that's down, the login page won't appear.

I think their is time for some changes and I am curious about your views.

Lately the games on nl400 are drying up a little bit and there is not much action. The games are becoming more predatory and some reg(s) is abusing the rules.

It’s very common for a regular to quit and instantly rejoin the table in order to change a seat (position on fish), meanwhile also changing their nicknames. Sometimes the changed seat is not ip on fish and he does it again, leaving and rejoining.

I didn’t study/try the algorithm on that but…

I mind this a lot as a winning reg but if it stays like this the only thing unfortunately I can do (and every other reg) is to do the same

Their were situations already that the fish left the table when he saw what is going on (he might be a fish but he is not an idiot).

I love the concept of Unibet poker with an idea of fair play for everyone and protecting the weaker players but I think there is time for some small changes.

Can you please change the algorithm for seating, that whenever you rejoin the table you have to be seated at the same seat?

Can you please think about the change that if you rejoin the same table in next 5-10 minutes after you left you can’t change your nickname? I suppose this one might be a little tricky/complicated, I also understand it’s coming from a reg, but it’s very frustrating to play tables without a fish 2-3-4handed and see regs constantly rejoining and checking is there a fish while changing nicknames. Some limit per day would be also totally fine.

I will follow up somehow, I played a lot on Unibet. But the fish will not. It’s just not right and fair. Not the spirit of Unibet and clear abusing of rules.

Will do. The press release regarding the next Unibet Open was due to go out today but a few things have not been finalised so it's been pushed back a week. I moved the final back a week and unregistered everyone which is why the ticket expired.
