Improvements


• Auto topup
Player needs to have setting “Auto top-up to initial buyin in cash games” ON to enable topup. Setting is OFF by default.

If player is left with less money (any amount) than initial buyin after the hand, there is a top up to initial buyin without any additional confirmation by player.

The auto top-up is only up to the initial buyin value.

Player can still top-up manually during particular hand, if he has less than max buyin (usually 100bb) - basically replaces auto top-up feature with the manual for this particular hand.

If player has chosen the top-up amount manually during the hand - then this is prio amount for this particular hand.

Changing top-up amount manually one time does not affect the auto top-up(s) of next hand(s).

Setting will be hidden for some jurisdictions where the feature is not compliant, at the moment it´s hidden in SE, DK and RO jurisdictions.

Auto topup applies to Banzai games as well

• Improved visibility of sit out timer in Cash Games
• Added “About” with version number – if clicked shows license info popup.
• Two new table backgrounds added
• Waiting screen if needed before WEB application loads:
• Dealer button is moved slightly for 6 handed portrait top position – so it´s a bit more visible.

Bug Fixes

• When finishing a Flip MTT and being in that specific lobby in own window the client sometimes crashes once the MTT is removed from MTT lobby. This is fixed now.

there are severe problems with your client (and the captcha). After completing the captcha the client won't let me in anymore (happened randomly), it says my mail or pass is incorrect. I put all info correct into the client. I can, however, login through the unibet website with the same info. After this bug appears (which may or may not have to do with failing one of the captchas when trying to login), i have to wait until the next day before i can get into the client. Trying again, completing the captcha(s) will simply result in the same error message. It happened to me on two consecutive days now. This bug is quite severe, preventing me from playing at all.

I also like to mention the captcha is seriously bothersome, its very extreme recently where i sometimes need to complete 10 different ones before the client lets me login. This through two different ISP. It wasn't as extreme before.

We also are in need of 2FA, any info on this? Simply letting someone login with a user and pass is like the internet in 1997.

I need a coffee and sit for 10min just for the Captcha, its getting ridiculous.

I agree on the 2FA with wippi and brought up this long ago.
Community suggested not to watch porn on my PC and avoid free wifi networks and i'll be fine

Unfortunately UB rep had similar opinoin and did not see the need for more security measures

Relax are looking into it and we'll hopefully have a workaround for the client release today

We want 2FA but we don't have control over whether it happens or not. It's on the teams that look after account security to implement it (the login prompt you see in the client is the same one as on the main site).

We can't add the points retroactively unfortunately. I expect it's not compliant to do it.

A little bit of feedback....

First of all thankyou for finally adding auto topup, have been asking for this for years and was almost getting arthritis from constantly clicking top up especially at Banzai (lol joke).

Since the last update a few days ago the software is asking me to click on my location (which country) every single time I start the software and not saving it.

Lastly, the blackbelt battle mission at Banzai tables is a nice idea, however what is really frustrating is that you cannot sit out to take a break for more than a minute or so before you are kicked from the table, then if you go back on the table your "belt level" has reset back to white. Since it generally takes more than an hour to reach black belt status and win that ticket that means you cannot leave the tables for a minimum of an hour, not even to take a piss or grab a drink otherwise you are kicked and your level reset again.
So essentially unlike normal cash tables where you can take a 6/7 mins break, or tournaments which give you a 5m break every hour (and even if you leave outside of this break for a mins it just means you miss a few hands), the black belt mission isn't achievable unless you sit there with a bottle to pee in. Last night I spent an hour grinding banzai to get that ticket only to have everything reset after 75 mins because I ran to the toilet.

Can something be done about this? Either not have your level reset immediately , or perhaps a longer sitout time is allowed (at least for the duration of this promotion?).

Tbh i am still a bit disappointed with the new sitout timer visibility. It is a step in the right direction but would be nice to have it like 2x bigger.

The location request is an unfortunately side effect of the workaround they did to stop that far more annoying Captcha issue. Once that has been fully resolved the location will start saving again.

For the banzai mission, it's a little bit about how you play as well. I'm pretty sure I've been black belt in the test environment in about 15 minutes going all in almost every hand . I can appreciate it might be a little frustrating but we also have to consider that these games are available on our casino brands and we'd like players to get sat as soon as possible. Having to queue because players are taking up seats sitting out isn't great.

Also think the comparison between tournaments and banzai doesn't really make much sense. Breaks exist in tournaments because players are there for multiple hours whereas you're complaining about 60 minutes of continuous play, which isn't really that much. You can also switch to mobile and back if you're getting a drink or want something to eat.

Having said all that, I'll raise it with Stubbe/Relax and see if they think there is room to add some extra time to the sitout timer. Maybe another 30 seconds might be enough?

Having said that,

After I wrote all this I noticed that I did actually receive the blackbelt mission thingy without noticing, I was assuming it was the same as "sensei" level.

Do you have anywhere that lists the order of the colour of these belts and what is required to level up? I cant seem to find that information anywhere and dont know where black belt "sits". To me it looks like it goes something like: white, yellow, orange, green, blue, sensei. Perhaps more info on this on the site is what is actually required unless I am missing something.

Yeah just been playing 4 tables for about 50 mins, and I am orange at 3 tables and green at 1 table. And the order of colours looks like it went white, yellow, orange, green.

So I dont know what's next but cant see how black is achievable in less than an hour if you play a sensible range!

And yeah I cant find any information on the site regarding the order of levels on Banzai and what is required to level up.

Why can't I use the usdo package (haven;t won it yet though) for Paris. Only for Malta, Rozadanov and San Remo?

Colour sequence above is correct. The requirements for reaching each belt are not public (got to leave some mysteries in life )) but could be easily worked out by tracking your all ins. There is a bug in the mission(s) where reaching Sensei (biggest stack in the stake pool, >50bb min requirement) triggers the black belt mission.

Paris is more expensive than the other locations, so the package value wouldn't cover everything.

It's not a Unibet event. It's a Deepstack Open event, a tour that we sponsor, but don't operate. We also don't qualify a huge amount of players on .com for DSO events in general and I can't find any package finals for Paris in the last few years. You can win a DSO seat and use it for Paris.

Well I can tell it is to do with rake since you see people level up when they lose their stack, but yeah not important I guess.

I played 2 separate 1 hour sessions of Banzai last night and still never reached black belt despite being up after each session from playing a sensible range, so yeah think i'll stop trying unless the sitout time can be increased another minute or so. It's pretty frustrating to reach green or blue belt and then have it reset to white because you ran to the toilet, went as quickly as you could and didnt even wash your hands

There are always tables/seats for other joining players to be allocated to so I dont know why increasing the sitout time by 1 minute would matter

Game Lab tells you the criteria for belt progression. Just how many all-ins are required for each belt is the mystery.

I've two requests I like to see being added to the software:

- Deal making would be great;
- Hand replayer still being available after busting a tournament. If possible also a replayer on other tables when I'm only the railer would be a nice addition imo.
