Thanks for the reply Andy,

i actually wanted to come back in, saying i made it bigger then i should have, but then today it used my timer again....

pretty sure something is not going as it should at least on my account....

i guess i'll be taking another day off

have a good day!

ps the weird thing is, i was probably logged in to the client untill 3 AM so used about 3 hours there, then logged in at about 3 PM en saw that my timer was way too far, at 15:55 i have 2 hours 26 minutes left. I have no idea how/what it did here, but the numbers dont add up. i might have logged of for half hour in the night period, but it still doesn't add up.

this post is just to inform you btw, no expectations from me

Saw your Twitch channel this weekend. You were HU in a PKO... didn't watch it all the way through. Your bounty was 666. ; - ) Did you win?

When you log out of Unibet, wait a moment (15 + - seconds) until you get the login screen again. Then I think you are well logged out. This applies to web and desktop. I had it too. GL

Hi Andy,

Wouldn't there be some December Winter Series upcoming, or am I totally wrong?
Can't find it anywhere .

Thanks!

No more series for 2022. With the World Cup being in an awkward place it's messed up the schedule a little. The daily schedule is running at almost series GTDs anyway, just pretend the majors are a new series every week. They have leaderboards and everything

There will be a bounty series in the 2nd week of January.

Hey Andy, have you stopped dropping play through bonuses into our accounts?

I haven't seen one in awhile

As far as I'm aware, the promotion is still ongoing. There are many criteria used to determine where the bonuses go so you might not be hitting one of them.

Just to circle back to the feedback on the new MTT schedule: is it me or are there almost no PKO tournaments around the €10 buy in level? I could only find the Cage Major tournament which starts rather late. Doesn't really help in trying to clear the World Cup mission for collecting 10 bounties

Would these bonuses be available for Dutch players? Or are these part of the loyalty system?

Peak evening, no. Doesn't appear to be anything. The Cage does finish at the same time as all the other majors so although it starts late it finishes pretty quick. If you just trying to complete the mission then surely dropping down and picking up easy bounties at €5 and below is the GTO way to go?

The Cage has not been performing great so an option might be to starting it earlier in the evening

I believe any promotion we run for NL players required them to opt-in and we don't have the option to do that in the client for bonuses just now as far as I'm aware. They're also probably not compliant in NL for various reasons.

Can confirm this would not be compliant in NL. Also looks like GG were wrong, when they interpreted the law in such a way that their loyalty system would be compliant and I believe it is likely it will be disabled on or before the 5th of December. Yeah just saw that. Real shame that casino cashback (= % of your losses) gets piled up with rakeback (= % of your rake). While I understand the position of the KSA on cashback in protecting players (makes losses feel less bad, more risk taking, etc.) you would assume that the KSA would be somewhat positive towards rakeback, as it reduces the 'house edge' and therefore protects players. A fixed rakeback % would therefore only be beneficial to players in my opinion. You would make pokerrooms compete with offering higher %'s, eating in their own profits and not so much on making players lose more. But all this is probably way to niche for the KSA to understand.

Really curious how all this will develop and what kind of strange bonus structures will be developed to comply to these 'new' rules . The Dutch cash game flip promotion was a good one with decent value. Hope that will continue.

Hi guys. I see that Andy is a great person and tries to help everything. So I decided to register myself and contact him.
The problem is as follows: Unibet for Latvia has removed the Skrill payment method. I understand that this is a business decision and everything is fine. But you could tell your players about this in advance to give them a chance to withdraw money in the way they deposited it into the account. It would be fair and would follow your rules. Now the situation is such that it is not known whether Skrill will return to payment methods for Latvia. We can only wait. Another solution that your support team offers is to withdraw funds to a bank account. Perhaps in other countries this is a normal solution, but in Latvia, according to the law, it is impossible to receive money from gambling sites to bank accounts. Therefore, I use an account that I made in a bank in the neighboring state of Lithuania. We live in a single Europe and it makes no difference to anyone in which country of the European Union you have an account. All that is important is the presence of IBAN. But for your site, why should it be that my IBAN must be created in Latvia and start with LV. I ask you to solve this problem and help me get my money back. The best way would be to just pay them out using the deposit method - Skrill. Well, if this is not possible, then pay to my account with my iban, but not created in Latvia.

so cocky
GG cashback (fishbuffet) will remain unchanged, confirmed by GG support.
The arguments KSA comes with for cashback and why they want it removed by casinos does simply not apply for poker, period. It's a profound stupid and nonsensical argument. Fish (losing, vulnerable players) be gone by the time they can even claim a significant portion of the cashback being offered (they play a 100 or 200 hands and lose all their money). Cashback itself wouldn't trigger them to continue playing or force them into massive volume all of a sudden. No.. In fact, by banning rakeback/cashback for poker, you practically make people lose more/earn less over time. Is this what the legislation is meant for? I thought it was to protect the players? Rakeback is, for the majority of online pro's, a large portion of their income. For the majority that plays a normal site the largest portion. This is why we do not play on unibet. We just bumhunt the 400nl games there and leave when fish are broke, making the games worse.

Didn't mean to come across as such, but it seems pretty clear from the notice from KSA, regardless of what GG support might say (they're probably not the first to be notified about legal matters ).

I'm not entirely sure why you're ranting about KSA here. I think I've made it clear earlier that regulators, in general, don't have a lot of focus on poker when drafting laws and rules for bonuses - and there have been cases where it was evident that there was a lack of understanding of the product. I don't think anyone here has ever said that a ban on poker loyalty makes perfect sense - doesn't matter if it's in Netherlands, Belgium or Sweden - so your rant is a bit meaningless.

Have you looked at the data? cause I did. Sure there are players that have great winrates which don't depend on rakeback, i'm actually one of them. I still like my rakeback and certainly not giving up my extra 40/50K a year. I need to feed my family, bro. You think its fair dutch players receive no rb on unibet and ROW (most) does? It ain't, especially when its because of flawed legislation. However, i do understand Unibet not offering due to legislation interpretation, taking a safe route, for now..

Hello, Pokerihuone Client is down now second day in a row. When you login, only white screen appears in the client and nothing else. I downloaded the client again and also asked my friend to try it and he has the same problem. Any estimations when you get it fixed? Thank you.

Was fixed yesterday morning I believe, apologies for any disruption. It's always good if you report these things as soon as they happen, even if it ends up being a temporary issue, so we can look into them. This is especially true with the lesser used version of the client.

There is not but you can always give me or CS the aliases of the players and we can send them off to a fraud team that has lots more information than just hand histories to check for any fraudlent activity.

When you see mega huge donks like "sept70007" and "leu1968" sitting with 7-8 buy ins at the table, then you can be sure that the RNG is 100 % rigged. These "guys" hardly know the rules and still win almost every hand they play.
