Don't mean to be a jerk... and know it's been discussed here a lot. I plan to play cash games and of course want to do it at Unibet... but I can get 27% at ACR right away. This makes it easy to go to ACR. I don't need an answer and I just hope you think it over. Because when I'm not having my poker day, I'm not motivated to keep playing at Unibet because there's no rakeback. I would also like to have an option that I can hide my balance on the table. Don't want to focus on my money balance at all. But with Unibet you have to constantly look at it.

Click on the eye and it'll solve your problems (unless there is some market specific reason for it always showing, which could be possible)

Dutch players have it also on the table and not only the lobby. Clicking on the eye is only for the lobby. No option for the table.

Just out of interest: what do you mean exactly with ‘we play by different rules? Is it that you have to work with a different legal framework than GG (because you also have a sportsbook and casino perhaps?), or that the common legal framework is still much open for interpretation?

As a Dutchman, I just find the discrepancy between what pokerrooms currently are (not) offering really surprising. You would assume that legislation would also lead to an even level playing field for operators.

You would assume legislation would be nice and clear and say things like "You cannot offer a bonus over €200" but in reality they use language like "do not offer excessive bonusing" and then it's up to the companies to interpret that and decide how close to the line of what excessive is. GG like to do a lot of dancing, our legal team do not.

I'd recommend copying the hands you wish to review to notepad or some other text program first and then closing the client before accessing any study tools.

Suggestion:

Could you make it so that once you bust a cash game ticket (or run it's balance under the minimum buy-in), you would get prompted to reload from your money balance. Currently you just get kicked out of the table, and it's sometimes massively tragic to lose your seat to the person next in line.

I understand there's a bit of code-tweaking as you can sometimes be playing multiple tables with the same ticket, and the current way is a simple neat solution to kick out and credit <50bb ticket balances, but it could definitely be done.

does unibet poker gives out hand histories?
and if so, can they be imported into poker tracker or holdem manager?

I imagine this is something that could be implemented. Might be as basic as only giving the option when the ticket balance is at 0 and your stack is at 0 but I'll let the boffins work out the logic.

Reinstalling the client shouldn't make any difference tbh, it's almost always based on your IP address. It'll probably be the mitigation tools that stop the DDOS attacks blocking your traffic in error. If you get a dynamic IP from your ISP then a router reset should solve it. If it's static, you may need to try and use mobile data or another connection until the tools are disabled or turned down.

We don't give out HH in bulk. You can go into the client, and in the history tab, there is the option to copy (it's the icon with two sheets of paper next to each other, standard copy looking icon) the text hand history of any hand you've played in the last year to clipboard. From there you can paste it wherever you like.

In terms of support, I'm really not sure about PT4/HM3. Had a quick search of the HM3 thread here and there doesn't appear to have been any mention of Unibet in the thread for years. I'd expect that it would be a very low priority for them. I know they can be imported into GTOWizard with a little tweak to the text (I think you have to remove all villains hole cards) but other than that I'd assume support is very limited. I couldn't get any of the main online hand history replayers to add support when I tried last year.

I'll continue to moan about getting delayed and anonymised downloadable HH to everyone internally and at Relax until they give in just to shut me up .

There is no loyalty system for NL. There are mission based promos and there is a first deposit playthrough bonus if you're a new customer.

ive deposited once before to play some slots so not eligible for a first deposit bonus unfortunately

about the mission bassed promos, can you give me an estimation of how much rakeback% these promos accumulate to? This is when playing exclusively poker cash games (0,15/0,25 or 0,25/0,50)

Did you deposit just after the re-launch? There is a strong possibility you're due a poker bonus if you did because the poker bonus was tacked onto the SB and casino bonuses but there were various issues with the triggering. If you can give me a table alias I can check.

The missions normally require play on multiple formats, can be completed at multiple stakes and will have incremental rewards so the rb% will vary. It's unlikely to be very exciting for you and the rewards are not normally for cash games.

There were website-login issues yesterday, maybe it's related to this. (approx. 18:00 CET to a few hours later)
I was playing in the client, so that was good, just couldn't login to sports betting in regards of WC.

I really shouldn't extend them since they're actually all tickets you bought in the bonus shop but I've put an extra month on them as a gesture of goodwill based on the theory that you'll use them and give me some feedback on the new schedule in return for my kindness.

As it's a global session timer, it's hard to get any traction for change for the lil' ol' Poker product, especially during WC.

I still have a note to credit you a bunch of tickets from when they expired. I'll get it done tomorrow.
