I am sorry you feel cheated, but I'm honestly not sure how we could make it any more clear, that the game won't be available after 01:59:59 CEST. I guess we could specify that if the game isn't available, you won't be able to start new games and the counter will continue where it was paused the previous week, but to my knowledge this hasn't caused any confusion to any other customers before.

You haven't been "scammed" in the slightest and the game counter will continue when the game becomes available next week

Normally i wouldn't ask for this, but since i can't login today, is there a possibility you can clear the last part of the last challenge, i needed to play 1 more hexapro 10x payout, and was planning to do that today, but unfortunately my session timer is used again..... (i actually planned to do it a few days earlier too, but those planned days i used up the session timer aswell....or at least, the session timer was used up)

not sure what happened this time....., i think i logged out properly yesterday, but today i tried logging out everywhere, and the timer kept going again? can't we just put the session timer on 24 hours (or just off) because of these issues... this is unplayable/unplannable, i obviously wanted to play all the big games today, but this sucks when you can't re-enter, of even log in as today. i also miss all the superqualifiers and if these issues take too long, i will get problems with expiry dates on tickets too....long story short, this sucks on so many different levels and is only going to give more issues because i can't imagine support wants to deal with the consequences of these problems either, there should be way better ways to spend time for them (and for me) i don't want to have to ask here for clearing challenges, issues with expiry dates and other distracting bullshit, i just wanna grind

i am wondering, i also had weird messages in regard of session timer, after the supernova of 14days ago (it gave me session timer message, but it didn't apply, cause i could play day 2 of that event.) just wondering about what is triggering that &^*^&* session timer bug....because i am starting to get convinced it is something different than just loggging out through the hamburger (because i at least have had 2 days now, where that didn't work at all, and based on the previous days, i assume my timer is fixed tomorrow and broken the day after)

I know it's starting to trigger me, after having this issue for about half of the days in this month (when i check my data, for volume played) so it's not a minor thing (for me). also i obviously pay a ton more rake if i can just play then vs this timer nonsense so it should be good for unibet too if i can play "normal" volume.

No offense intended, just a bit annoyed here, and completely lost about the fact that log-out doesn't work as intended at least.

What's with the ****-slinging at other players in this thread anyways? Unless you're a HS reg having a good year, I've probably made more in my best session at 10/20 PLO than you have all year.

I haven't experienced much success on Unibet though, despite it having indisputably the softest player pool of the sites I play on, by an enormous margin. So on this site, maybe I am in fact the donator, and the pros are the ones 6bet ripping for 250bb's with AQ75sss and of course winning. At this point, I'm open to that theory.

Hopefully that changes as Unibet offers the best rakeback between the sites, and the other sites I play on are inexplicably reg-filled or no action lately.


The games kept loading past the expiry time on my client, which I'm pretty sure gave me the expiry in UTC, then I checked online to convert so that I knew when it would end. Maybe I made a mistake somehow in reading the time(s), I was admittedly quite exhausted and only continued to play due to the promo.

I started playing them with the expectation that I think a lot of people might have - that the promo would play through the last round and cease until the following week. But, I understood there was a slight chance this may not be the case.

As the games kept going past the expiry, I came to the conclusion that it would in fact run the last round out then cease until the following week. How is this not the most logical way to run the promo? When the promo ends do the people in the last flight just get screwed when it cuts off again?

Anyways, if "scam" offended anyone or put them on edge, that wasn't the intent. I was super salty, I could have used a different word.

Now that I know it will continue next week with the same prize pool and # of games left, I'm not concerned.

And in regards to giving your customers more information about your promotions and how the site operates, yeah you should always do that regardless of whether they're on some random forum complaining.

Edit: It just dawned on me that maybe I had assumed it was giving me the expiry in UTC, when it was giving it to me in CEST, and that lead to the confusion.

Something was wrong or at least weird in the PLO summer games €5 one. I thought it was unlimited re-entries, but it was only for the first 7 level unlimited re-entry while the late registration took 9 levels (trying to check in lobby now but the texts are the same)

In short, i was playing at like a unlimited re-entry and after 3 bullets, it did not let me re-enter again, at that time there was still about 40 minutes left on late registration, i might dive into my VOD to get the specifics, because it looks like the text of the game has been edited since yesterday.

It appears to be both right and wrong

It's right because the template has 9 levels of rebuys and 13 levels of late reg, so it did what it was supposed to.
It's wrong because they should have been 9/9 or 13/13

I'd never trust the descriptions btw, just look at the lobby info as it'll show what the template is set for.

Just to let you know: I still have a mission icon, but completed the dutch welcome mission, which means it now looks a bit weird when I click the icon.

It should either show last mission finished, or not show the mission icon at all (thought it worked liked that).

Preferably you could put in a new mission for us to complete ofcourse ;-)
