Just an idea: "Unlocking new emojis" for XP progress, tasks completed, how about that?
Would be fun and motivating.

Emoji sounds might be annoying for some people, but others would want em. Adding some with mute option is an obvious and simple solution.

Qualifier for Big Comet today is only 2 tix gtd instead of the usual 3. How bout making it 3-5 tix gtd and change the buy in to $10 for Friday Comet?

The only sound you should hear from the emojis is the blood curdling scream of them being violently beaten far far away from the Unibet software. They are absolutely awful. They look cheap and tacky and don't flow well with the Unibet software.

Avatar, alias and stack size also seem super tiny now.

I never said the emojis were good. They need improvement and more creativity. They should 100% be there. Unibet is catered towards fun players. Poker is just a game, it should be fun and interactive.

I don't dispute most of what you say here (sound aside) and if fun players enjoy them then fine however the current version of them isn't fit for the software and actually makes it worse. They shouldn't be there in their current form and should be withdrawn back to the drawing board imo.

Been playing for a few hours today and have a few suggestions about the new features, (apologies if these have been mentioned already):

1. Friendly acronyms for speech bubble, things like nh, gg, good luck, wp, omg! ('lol' would probably get misused/overused but could be added). Pictures are good but dont see any to convey these basic poker etiquette phrases.

2. Labels for speech pictures so we can see what they mean when we hover over them. Currently not sure what some pics mean.

3. Different colour for the speech bubble (to discern from dealer button)

Quick question: How are the PLO games? Do bigger run, or no? I love the software. Very nice. I haven't had it downloaded in months, so maybe that changed. But a really nice simple design. Do 2/5 PLO run? I'd play there, i think. They seem like cool people behind the scenes.

Not sure about it for XP progress, but I'd like unlockable ones for certain promos and perhaps monthly missions. No eta on when this can happen, but it's something but myself and the marketing manager is keen to get developed.

Sounds I think might be a bit much personally, especially if you play more than 1 table. Even when 1 talbling on mobile I would personally mute, as I'm often listening to music at the same time. Afraid almost everyone will mute it, if they find their way to the settings.

I get that the design style might not be a perfect fit and some polishing wouldn't hurt, but think you're being extremely dramatic here

1. This was on the list, but we didn't get them made in time. You'll see them added in the future.

2. Some have more than one meaning and text will be quite small on mobile and when multitabling on desktop, but will see what we can do.

PLO 2/4 runs well. Yesterday, it even beat NL2/4 in regards to rake. Not uncommon with +20,000 played hands at the stake, per day.

Does anyone else have an issue occasionally where your hand auto-folds after checking a hand back? I keep folding the nuts and its driving me crazy!

It makes the software look worse because you have a solid smooth client with these cheap and tacky emojis. They're simply not a good fit for the current standard the Unibet client is at and cheapens the look of the software . Not sure why that is so difficult to understand. Everyone I have spoken to thinks they look awful and withdrawing them until they bring them up to standard is a valid option and hardly "extremely dramatic".

It's shouldn't impact the "solid and smooth" client aspect at all. Shouldn't make the client any more heavy to run. If you experienced such, let me know. The fact that you - and "everyone you've spoken to" - don't like them visually is okay; I think I addressed that in the previous response

I asked the Jurojin team not to add the per table RNG because I don't want any confusion about a "HUD" appearing in a screenshot. There are enough 3rd party ways to have a RNG that I think the tiny inconvenience for a very small % of players to not have it per table in order to avoid any confusion is worth it.

Not once did I talk about how it impacts the client from a cpu heavy perspective which you seem to referring to. I'm talking about the "look" of the client. On one hand you have a brilliant client and you are pairing it with these poundland emojis. As I said not a very good fit for the client you have imo. Struggling to see why you can't just take that valid opinion on board. Did you personally draw these emojis or something because so far you are being incredibly defensive of them?

However, you might want to read my original reply to you. I wasn't being defensive and agreed with you to some extent. Not about the action you're suggesting - as I think that's overly dramatic and a bit silly - but your comment on the look and feel of client and emojis.

Yes, this is a known issue and will be fixed (it is fixed in our test builds already) when we release the chat button change and likely a few other minor improvements

It's due to expire after the Jan 2022 Supermoon so you have two more chances to use it. Are you unable to make both of them?

Could you fix it that so that having a table open waiting for players to join overrides the auto log off that happens after 30 or 60 minutes?
It makes playing during times where there is very low liquidity in the NL400 pool pretty annoying

I have 3 different tickets, one of them expires in 4 days.I won't be able to use them unless forced to rebuy. I plan on playing every month.

I'd been off for about a week and forgot how to read yesterday. Sorted the expiry on them now and credited a new one after I accidentally changed the expiry of one to Feb 2021 and it insta-expired.
