New update has disabled the withdrawal button, wp Unibet

It was intentional and we also disabled the deposit button

Links in the client are likely to be restored today.

Any idea when these will be coming? Also do you know what the bet sizing buttons will be?

It's very easy to track people's other aliases unless they invest effort into concealing themselves.

E.G. Fish sits out after busting, someone immediately comes back on diff name playing same way.

E.G. Reg multi-tabling hypers stops playing for an hour, comes back and same guy playing same amount of tables.

The player pool isn't big enough to meaningfully attain anonymity.

And, if you think people are attaining anonymity, why does it hurt to let them change display pics?

Session tracking and lifetime tracking are two different things.

I got to the point when it annoys me that much i came here and ask for solution from the uni team

So the situation is i play 6 tables in tile. When i open a 7th table or the replayer (more frequently) it pops up in a huge size that covers all the tables. And before i replay a hand i have to resize it and drag to a better position. Way too many clicks.

I would like to ask you to try solve this problem by making the software remember the last opened table's size.

Ofc i can trick this by choosing 9 table tile and then the 7th table is also the same size but at that way i have to rearrange the 3 tables in the 2nd row cos they are overlapping the 1st row.

I was actually talking about the alternate 4 color deck they added (classic deck) It's kind of an eye sore. Just giving my personal feedback, not really a big deal.

i got an other idea which would imrove the user experience. when we take a short break an sit out the timer is shown by a tiny timer in the corner. one should sit in front of the PC to be able to see it.
in contrast i take break to move a little and even leave the room so it would be useful if i could see it from the door when i take a glance on the monitor.

so i would really like if you could change this:



to something like this:




you can even blur out the tables and for example make and/or the counter in red under 1:00. ofc these last fancy things are not mandatory but the waaaaay larger sized timer is!!

i really hope you will implement the idea!

Andy, I just got a new bonus - I suppose because I have been losing significantly at the tables recently... - of 1700E. But here's the thing : it will expire in a mere 14 days and yet has been, alas, queued after an existing 500E bonus that I have yet to clear (and will take a few days to do so). Could the 1700 bonus be pleased put at the forefront to give me a chance to clear some of it. Thx friend

Will pass it on, makes sense for the clock to be a little more visible.

It doesn't start the 14 days until the bonus is active normally but it might disappear before you get it active as these have been configured slightly differently. If it does, let me know and I'll re-credit.

I have just tried to make a withdrawal to my skrill account and it has failed even though i have made a deposit from that skrill account just before.

Live chat costumer support said that skrill withdrawals are temporarily suspended for my account. He couldnt give any time frame or reason for this decision nor could he direct me to someone who would have any answers.

I'm also unable to make a withdrawal for an international bank account. My bank account needs to be in the same country as my unibet account was registered. Again no explanation at all.

Is this common practice at Unibet?

Yes. Their support has always been useless, and nothing useful will be answered in this thread either.

In the past, you have at least posted patch notes on this thread. Now you are too lazy to do even that.

As we were only planning to add these three - for now - we wanted something that was truly different to the existing designs. I realize they aren't for everyone, but so far they have proven quite popular from the info I've seen
If you have an idea for a new design, don't be shy and add it it to the release notes thread on the community!


No change planned as part of table UI, but will see if there's a chance we can squeeze it in. Won't be as your mockup, but we can at least make it a bit more visible.

As Andy said, if you've already got an active bonus, the new one will stay pending for up to two days, and once it then becomes active, you have got 14 days.
Should also add it's not because you're losing we're trialing these bi-weekly bonus sendouts. Still a fair bit of adjustments to be made to the setup, so please bare with me while I collect more data and improve the selection and value rules.
