Thank you for the credited new bonus. Altough I've already cleared 40% of the €400 bonus up to the point I asked you to extend it. Is that €160 cleared part lost now? Isn't it a possibility that I get that amount? Because if it would've been extended, I could've clear the whole $400, now my work is kinda lost.

Perhaps I should be more specific.
I was not talking about loading times or crashes/disconnect. I'm talking about the constant "lag" while playing, and then if you keep the lobby window opened (even you suggested that), it miraculously works well (100% fluid as it is supposed to be); but at the same time it takes 2x or more CPU power. Something is obviously wrong here and to this day no progress on this problem.
To me personally this is much more important than most of features introduced in last few months, it is something essential and basic, for a client to work fluidly. I can even tolerate some bugs here and there, but this is a constant problem in each and every session we play, and in the end it's making the whole gameplay experience tiresome and tedious, regardless of all the cool other stuff you have going on.

I wasn't sure what the best way to do this was as we can't credit progress towards a playthrough bonus (the back office tools don't exist).

You had raked 600 towards the 1400 required to unlock the last 400. I figured that it was more valuable to have a fresh 250 bonus that requires 1250 raked, but now that I phrase it that way, you're right that it doesn't sound great.

There's also the problem that we can't extend bonuses forever and that we have expiry times for a reason.

So as a compromise I credited you with some tickets for your normal games - it's less than the amount you'd got through the playthrough before, but you still have the queued bonus, and you were after all beyond the expiry date.

I agree that this is a problem and I'd definitely like it if we can do something about it. But ultimately there are going to be limits to what we can do within the confines of Adobe Air.

I think the biggest unsolved problem we have is that the client is so CPU intensive (and I talked about this shortly after the launch), but I think there're limits to what we can do about it.

I understand, and I agree. If I could say to the developers "for this two week sprint, let's just speed the client up", I'd definitely do it. Someone pointed out earlier that Winamax is in Adobe Air, and it runs better than our client does. Ours is quite a lot nicer than theirs, but it seems likely that there're things we can copy from them. This is something I will push for.

Well, I was still able to do other things on that computer, both in other programs and on the network. So that timing out was clearly on your software, and I think reimbursement wound be in order.

Anyway, I provided a screenshot and a requested log file to your support. Haven't heard back from them in 2 1/2 weeks.

It's been only a small loss, but software clumsiness and lack of support when a problem occurs is not a good combination. I'll probably go back to $othersite, even though the tables do seem softer.

I would like to see a section on my account about my results. I play NL100-200 and PLO100-200. At the end of the month, I would like to know my results discriminated per limit. I may be a losing player at PLO and I don't even know it. I only know if I won or lost money in general.
I tried to get this info from a chat operator but he said he couldn't do it. To be honest, on the last 3 times I used the chat option, none of my problems were solved.

They don't allow any tracking programs, so why exactly would they now provide it on their own? I would not consider that as problem either.

It's annoying not being able to verify in which games I'm winning/losing. Besides, the problem with tracking software is not that you get to see your results; it's that you get a lot of info on your opponents and, unless they also use a tracker, they play handicapped against you.

If it's CPU lag, or if it's a persistent connection problem that is not our fault, I don't think we should refund players. If it's a problem on our side then I definitely think that we should.

I think this is the last major feature that we're lacking. The game history page kind of sucks in general and I think we need to improve this quite soon. I don't think it'll make it in in the next couple of months though, most of our dev time is blocked out now.

First, I'll see if we can get support information on how to do this. It's not very hard with our back office. The problem is that only 2-3% of support enquiries will be about poker, so most support agents don't see the problems very often so they won't know where to find the answers.

We have one second-line poker support guy who started earlier this month, so he will know how to disseminate this kind of information, if it's possible for these relatively rare enquiries.

Meanwhile - PM me, I'm fine sending you end of month results.

As for what we show in the client, I'm in two minds. I kind of don't want to show people how much they're losing. I want to attract the kind of player who wants to deposit €100 per month and is fine losing as long as they get entertainment out of it, in the same way they would if they spent €100 on any other form of entertainment. This kind of player may be worried if, after a year, they see they're down €1,200. Maybe this is a problem with how I think about it though.

In an ideal world I'd prefer to handle these requests via support.

The UO package is €2,500 and I'm not sure we could do much that was exciting for the WSOP for that kind of money. We'd also lose the opportunity to send more people to the UO of course.

But I definitely like the idea of having it higher in the scheme. 2m to 3m points or something. I'd have to see how this quarter's loyalty works out and talk to some of the people who get to that level.

Or maybe we could do a "WSOP freeroll" where a relatively high point in Challenges gave you a ticket... It's something to consider. We didn't want to do WSOP satellites this year because it takes money out of our economy, but I don't think we'd be hurt by removing 50k or something.

Is there somewhere an option that what will show the amount of the pot?
Now it shows total pot i.e. after my opponent have betted and sometimes im not sure did he over bet the pot or what.

What I mean is lets say SB and BB limps 30.
Pot is now 60
SB bets 80
Total pot 140.
I would like to see that 60 in the middle.

I know we do this differently to most sites, but I'm not sure if we should change at this point. I don't know if this is a matter of taste and if it is, I don't know in which direction we should fall.

It's one of the Unibet staff tournaments - I can't hand out the password I'm afraid. On the other hand, there're no monetary prizes, so not being able to play isn't a big deal.

One of the improvements I want to make to the tourney lobby is to hide tournaments that people aren't eligible for.
