DOWNLOAD OF ASSETS FAILED, SOME OF THESE ARE NEEDED TO PLAY. RETRY?

Any updated fixes for this? I´ve tried everything mentioned here and more.

Uninstall and then when you do a reinstall pick a different folder name to install to.

When you get disconnected while trying to reload, the reload doesnt work and if you lost your stack you wiil have to leave the table.

I have the same problem since the October update on my desktop but it works for my laptop. Also tried a different folder. Bizarre because people still seem to have problems with these updates and its kinda inconvienent unfortunately

When opening the handreplayer on mobile, the replayer buttons are in the same place as the raise/call/fold buttons. So when looking at the replayer and changing street, a hand on one of the other tables might pop up and you accidentally raise/call/fold.

That did it, thanks!
Didn´t have to change directories or folders either.

One other thing came up as I logged in just now.
I accidentally misspelled my username but it still let me log in. So I tried to log in with a misspelled username many times and it turns out that it doesn´t matter as long as the password is right.
It doesn´t accept just anything but it doesn´t seem to care about having your caps lock on or off.

The backoffice only stores data from Jan 2018 to keep performance up so it'll be a report from then but I'll send it over. For cash it's broken down by stake and day so you won't need a monthly one, just do a little filtering in Excel/Sheets/

Thanks for the information. The cash payouts are done completely on the Unibet side so that's a new issue, unrelated to the client itself. I'll see if I can find out if it's intentional or a bug.

It's by design in the new transaction history. Only got released on site today. I'm going to speak to a few people and see if we can make it slightly easier to find the premiums in the future as they're going to get lost very quickly.

Which part of the replayer is not working? Does it not function properly when you do certain things?

Which lobby are you referring to? Cash lobby? SNG lobby? Full MTT lobby or individual MTT lobby? Is it all information or just some?

Is Unibet poker still the same where they take the stance bumhunting is a terrible activity and not allowed?

I ask because they bumhunt super hard themselves as you can only have a bet on their sportsbook if you are a total drooler. Thanks for the lol £2 max I was allowed on my last stunning 4/1 pick.
