Im trying to downlaod the client on a new OS and it gets to the choose language page then after ive select the language i want to use it goes to a blank white screen and i cant do anything has anyone posted about this issue before?

I had a cash challenge of "win a hand post flop with less then a pair" 15 to complete challenge. I was playing 50nl and realized that it wasn't adding... unless you won the hand at showdown with less than a pair. Please credit my account with the points for this challenge as I was probably halfway through it before I discarded it since it wasn't giving me the points.

We don't have any deal functionality in the client and I don't believe it's coming any time soon. I wouldn't expect it to be added to Hexapros either.

Any Hexapro with a 10x prize or more is split between all three players 80%/12%/8%.

Can you log into the main Unibet site fine? I'd suggest trying that first and if you have already, clear your cache/cookies from any browsers you've used on the Unibet site and try logging in again. I'm probably asking a stupid question based on your 2+2 username but, which country are you in?

Hey, im trying out the site currently. I have two questions:
1. Sometimes i open a cash table and it literally doesnt seat me for like 30+ minutes even though there are like 20+ people playing at my stake. Is this common or am i doing something wrong?
2. Is there a way to download hand histories to import hands into HEM3?

I would like, have no money on it atm though. Is there a playmoney option?

1. Are you opening multiple tables at the same stake at once? If you get one table into a queue, the next table at the same stake just says "you are already waiting in a queue" and therefore this window isn't ever going to do anything, but it isn't going to close itself either.

IMHO it should be possible to have multiple instances in a queue as with SNGs but it isn't.

2. No. Unibet is about getting back to how poker used to be.

the thing is that I used my uos ticket into 50 buyin unibet open qualifier and that was not intended... the software used the uos ticket first in the unibet open qualifier and this is unibet client fault and not the users fault..
