Live chat support is not always the most helpful, as they handle ALL areas of activities on Unibet. This thread/Unibet poker support is GOAT though

suppose blinds are 1200, some people bet exactly 1320, not 1300 or 1400 or whatever.. Same with for ex. 2/3 PSB: pot is 2440 and they bet 1626, nobody's going to calculate 2/3*2440 and then bet exactly 1626. I see quite some players doing exactly that and I think it's suspicious.

Hi Guys,

There is an issue with the ISP that provides service to the poker servers. It's also affecting the internet in the Unibet office so there may be some delay in getting a CS agent deal with refund requests. It's unfortunately outside both Relax and our control and we just have to wait until the ISP sorts teh routing issues. It appears to be affecting some countries and not others at present.

If you can try and request refunds in the normal manner for the time being that would be great and I'll update as soon as we have any more information.

Service appears to be restored for most, if not all customers. It appears to have been a global issue affecting lots of different services.

If you have a refund request you can put them in here if you want. I'll need a table alias and as much information about what you were playing when you had the issue as you can provide. Stakes, MTT names etc.

I agree this is worth investigation. You should post a hand number where this happens so that they can have a look at this guy's play and potentially send him a warning.
