I have been disconnected too about 1 to 2 time per week. The problem is that we have so few time to log out when the software is freeze and log in again that we are sit out in every tables. It is a problem for me as I have always 6 hexapro tables and that Unibet didn't find anything thing in my log files.

Yeah, the lack of time has been mentioned for months when they decided to cut it back then. For those getting crashes (look I do frequently, unfortunately ), I would recommend to NOT open the hand replayer when in the midst of other big hands. It crashes the software quite often.

That sounds like an OSX issue - don't have that kind of crash issues on Windows.
We can get a special client version for you, which will generate a dmp file with details about the crash, but it'll have to wait a bit, as all resources are on the redesign at the moment.

NB OSX is the smallest channel for us, with browser, Windows, Android and IOS all being significantly bigger, so I haven't been focusing much on the bug fixing for it so far.

And again, I do agree that the disconnect timebank isn't great today. It was supposed to be changed when the other timebank and TTA changes were made, but it didn't make it, unfortunately.

There is nothing in the client that will show you the rake you have paid. You can request a game history that includes rake paid from customer support, the Unibet Community or this Thread. Just need a table alias and time period.

Most playthrough bonuses are 20% rb so you earn €1 for every €5 raked.

They are gone from the main lobby in the redesign and will be replaced by a single cherry icon bottom right. They're also not on the tables in the latest beta I have, not sure if it'll stay like that.

Saturday i backed a horse at 13/8 that won at 2/1. i got paid at 13/8. After being told i wasnt eligible for best odds and other bs the live chat agent said i was eligible, and they would give me the difference, which they did.

I then went through a few of my previous bets, and found several instances where i had been underpaid, informed the same agent on live chat, she assured me a full review would be carried out.

Since then i have had 7 emails saying completely fabricated things from

"We have reviewed all of your previous bets and can confirm that there was only 1 whereby the price returned bigger for Best Odds to apply, but that was on the show price and therefore not eligible"

"Please see below a breakdown of your bets with the prices taken as well as the final fixed prices. This is in conclusion of out thorough investigation."

There are several instances i have found, but am not going to be paid because i didnt notice at the time and Unibet are not prepared to do anything other than try not to pay me.
