When I click on the promo in the lobby, there is a read more option

This is by design so that if we run two different promotions between a client release the link won't be incorrect for one of them I believe. Also covers us in case the link is ever wrong, don't want a repeat of a few weeks ago

Are there plans to increase the tournament prizes again? For example the 1k Sputnik and 5k Titan which got reduced to 0.6k and 3k.
Personally I haven't played them since the prize decrease and I started playing more cash, but I'm definitely not as good at cash games .. so my motivation to play anything is quite low to be honest.
Can you guys check how the decision to cut the prizes affected your revenues? If it's more profitable for you, then I can understand it, but if the number of players dropped significantly, maybe it's time to increase the prizes again?

This is simply a seasonal adjustment, which happens every year

The traffic just isn't the same during the summer, and we'd have really significant overlays, if we were running with the same GTD's all year round. I'm willing to bet that we'll be back to the previous ones come December, if not higher

had a question concerning an interac withdraw test I did.

I received the e-transfer by email, but didn't receive any password by email or texto so I can complete the deposit in my bank account.

So I canceled the withdraw, didn't received the cash back in my account.
In fact, when I click on cancel withdraw on the website, it seems to work but when I verify like 5min later, he's still there pending...

There is a UK tour qualifier starting at 1855 CET, which always starts in the break. Really annoying, because you cant take a break.

I found a bug in the hand history tab: I noticed that the hands can be sorted by Pot size (a little green indicator suggests they can be sorted from lowest to highest or from highest to lowest), however nothing happens when I click on it: https://i.imgur.com/nbqjObk.png

Also, is it possible to increase the number of hands that can be viewed in the replayer to at least 500 instead of 100? As a losing player at cash games, it's a bit cumbersome to analyze my mistakes from the text history only.

I didn't know there were text hand histories. Where can I find them?

I also had 2 other questions. I just received a 50$ Hexapro ticket. I qualified for a 50$ bonus in week 1 of the bootcamp, am I getting this instead of the bonus or it's just a random gift?

I have 2 Unibet Open Package Freeroll tickets, one where it seems there are no more tournaments I can register in to use it. Can I get one where I can use it for upcoming freerolls or just gg?

You should be able to see more than the last 100 hands in the client. The number is somewhere between 300-500 but I'll need to check the exact figure because I can't remember it off the top of my head.

I'd personal love to see time delayed and anonymous downloadable hand histories so players could work on their own game but can also see the pitfalls of adding the feature.

1. There is a History tab when you go into your profile in the client.

2. The Hexapro ticket was credited in error by myself. There was an old promo page for Summer bootcamp still live on the Unibet website and I used the payouts from that to credit week one.

All the cash payouts that were incorrect have been sorted. If players were short we added the extra money, if they got more than they should we didn't take back the money and the drinks are on me . All unused tickets when I found the issue were removed from customers accounts (enjoy your free ticket if you used it in time) and the correct payouts were then issued.

3. Can you give me a table alias so I can check your account please? The quarterly challenge freerolls normally take place at the start of the quarter after you've earned the ticket (Q2 freerolls took place on 05/07 and 11/07) so it may be that one ticket was for them and you've missed the opportunity to use it.

I checked again, only the most recent 100 hands can be viewed in the replayer, the older ones have just the text version. If this is on purpose I would like to know what would be the disadvantage for you to increase it?

I'm not sure what "delayed and anonymous downloadable hand histories" means exactly - if it makes all players anonymous (excepting the hero), then this is not very helpful to analyze because it makes a big difference to know against which player I won or lost a big pot.
I think the current system that you have is fine and should be kept like that - keep the hand history in the client which can't be tracked by automated software.

Ahhh, you're referring to the replayable hands, not hands total. I'll see why it's limited to 100 hands and let you know.

Delayed HH would be available after a time period, 24 hours after play for example. The hand histories have to be anonymous to protect the players that don't change their alias.

Ah ok yeah that's it, I won the first one in the previous quarter and the second one in this current quarter. No worries. The fact that it says it expires december 7 when I can't use it anymore is what confused me a bit.

It would be great to have this!

I read the following on the UNI website:

"Exportable Hand History
You can access the exportable hand history from ‘Menu’ in the Poker Lobby. You can create a text file of the hands that you played in the last specified number of days, or the last specified number of hands. Make your selection, highlight that sections that you want to save and click the ‘Export hand history’ button."

However, I can't see the 'Export hand history' button? I can see the hands, however they aren't exportable and I can't even highlight the text to copy and paste them into a text file. Am I missing something or has this process recently changed?

If so, it's incredibly old and actually refers to a time when Unibet was on MPN. If you found another link please post it here and I can get the text removed as it's not been correct for 5-6 years now.

I have been running abnormally bad at Unibet for month or even years now. Something shady must be going on. Its like some accounts almost cannot lose and some accounts are doomed. I have played here because of the software that I think is the best on the market. But its not possible anymore. Pretty good winner at other sites but here at Unibet its impossible to win as a reg from Sweden (No bonuses at all). Since there is no tracker working here I have tracked my all in pre flop results for the last 3 month to garher some info about how things are turning out. Only coinflips or all in hands where I am favourite (like AK vs Ax) have been tracked. The hands where I have ”sucked out” as an underdog are Unfortunatly very few, so no need to report these.

This result is shoocking and I am 100 % sure that there are accounts at Unibet that are doomed to be break even.
