so so far nothing from unibet. by email they say they are examining something. my acc still suspended.
i never got the bot answer response. im still to recieve professional proper apologies for the abuse and bullyin i got FOR MAKING AWARE THE COMPANY KNOW ABOUT THE INCORRECT INFO THEY HAD DISPLAYING (and many blieving ). no i got insults of a personal nature.. and my acc blocked.

so i wanna share an incident i had with partypoker yesterday.. which i though they handled professionaly.. demostrating appreciation for the customer.. small or big., lots of respect and appreciation.. this is due to the chat person stepping out of pocket.. and slightly coming out their mouth.. here is the reply whenyou care. o start to care:

so, i only put the relevant part there. i actually made a video about the incident with partpoker. i showed it to them.. i dont know i they freaked out or what. because i made a youtube video displaying the rude tratment and bad element agent ( something im working on with this issue here at unibet also) and told them ill publish it in1 day or so.. but whatever the case maybe.. they took proper RESPECTFUL, profesional , APPRECIATIVE approach, action.
i would feel the same way if there was no $22 reward.. because its not about the money, its about the approach. the attitud. professionalism.
so again. id like to get answers to :
1- the mediation body ( different from licenceventity)
2- response/ answer to my question. question yes quietios.. about policy regarind ''inhousebots'' ( which some companies use currently openly..yes its in the T&C)
3- solution to my incident. amendments.
4- proper profesional apologies.
