I think that "stratigic" is actually speaking what many players think but do not have time or energy to say it out loud.
I personally have tried to write some constructive criticism here recently, but all that I've encountered is really some fanboys defending each other for this reason or another
(and that is really the most polite way I can think of to say about the state of things on the thread )
Also, it is nice to have an active rep, but really I think the rep should be far more objective and professional than Stubbe.
I have never seen a rep calling out someone as "trolling" or "stupid", it is just the wrong way to treat a customer. Even admins won't use such words easily.
This is all that I will say on the matter.

We had several post reports from a few people about this derail. I let this go for a bit when I saw this earlier today, because I didn't want to end things before there was a chance for some constructive discussion. so im assuming u are a moderator? or something like it? i honestly dont know. if thats the case i certaintly appreciate u dont censor or havent censor me.

1 of the reasons i doint know or the tools here or who moderates what its beacuse im not very active.. i only post or reply when i must speak out urgently... as i said this ppl didnt adress my issue through email.. otherwise it wouldda stay there.

if ppl are ''reporting something ''.. im sure its the same that came and for some weird reason defend in very senseless way ''the person'' in the matter.. , some with 2p2 accounts of 1 year or 2 max. so id be very suspecious of their agenda IMO those are sent by the same ''person/company''.. so they may be fake reports.. but in any case.. i do AGREE its probably enough..

so... i will proceed to fulfill my word and make my complaints and share my story elsewhere.. other platforms. so yeah dont worry about me... ( though if i get atacked by '' the person o company''' i will reply.

Hi

i openend an account on unibet a few weeks ago but have not made a deposit so far. i believe i did it via a link promising me a playthrough bonus for my first deposit with no code required. now i might want to deposit but cant find the playthrough bonus advertised anymore on your website. am i still eligable for that bonus if i make a deposit now?

You won't see the playthrough bonus on the website, only in the poker client

It should be pending on your account, but in case it isn't, you can just send Andy or myself a pm (or post in this thread) with your alias, and we'll sort it out.

i cant see it anywhere in the client. if i click deposit a browser window opens and i can click ‚bonuses‘ but the it says ‚Active Bonuses ()‘ and when i click i get an error message saying ‚something went wrong‘. under bonus offers i only See something about the rise of olympus. im using the unibet.de site.

In that case, just go ahead with the deposit and just post one of your aliases here when done we can do it before you deposit as well, but doesn't make any difference

I haven't kept up with the updates nor played in quite a while before as of late, but still nothing done regarding ratholing? It's incredibly tilting when a player doubles from 50bb to 100b, doesn't even wait until end of an orbit but leaves immediately after the hand, and after two seconds sits back in the exact same spot with a new 50bb stack. And does so at multiple tables. That being said, I'd like to report a player named "Vugluskr" for acting so. Hopefully some kind of action will follow.

I have one question and few improvements ideas.

There will be hexapro race for hexapro banzai in the futur ??


It would be great to have an all-in button a little bigger and that we could activate in one click.
And an other usefull button would be to can close all table at once to not have to click one by one on the red cross

Unfortunately not released yet. Due to the DDOS attacks a couple months ago, we had to prioritize mitigation measures (including an auto-pause feature for tournaments), which means this was pushed back. Can share the final requirements with you:

- Limit ratholing to 5 times a day
- Only allow ratholing if >100bb with the Banzai rule <100BB. Which means that you can enter with 50BB, but if you leave with 80BB, you need to start with 80BB if you come back within 90 minutes. But if you leave with 200BB you are allowed to rathole 5 times per day.

Yes, I think it's likely rake races would include both formats in the future
It'll depend a bit on how the Banzai variant performs after the JP Mania promotion - it's not guaranteed that HP Banzai is here to stay.

One-click all-in would indeed be quite handy in this format, but I'm afraid it isn't something we can prioritize at the moment, and again: we'll need to see if there's even enough of an interest in the Banzai format

Many people just didn't think your idea of replacing aliases with seat numbers was a good idea. If you can't handle people disagreeing with you politely then don't propose stuff.

Also, a lot of the reasons you posted were not arguments for seat numbers at all, they were arguments for banning name changes. For that reason there were people who suspected that your passion for seat numbers was not so deep as it appeared at first sight. If that's the case then don't propose stuff you don't personally believe in.

I'm with you with atleast 2x minimum payout for Hexapro. (I would play Hexapro but prefer HU for now)

But you are wrong with Unibet support.

Unibet has by far the best support! Very good and nice looking software and great support! And it's not even their main thing....

so so far nothing from unibet. by email they say they are examining something. my acc still suspended.

so, i only put the relevant part there. i actually made a video about the incident with partpoker. i showed it to them.. i dont know i they freaked out or what. because i made a youtube video displaying the rude tratment and bad element agent ( something im working on with this issue here at unibet also) and told them ill publish it in1 day or so.. but whatever the case maybe.. they took proper RESPECTFUL, profesional , APPRECIATIVE approach, action.

i would feel the same way if there was no $22 reward.. because its not about the money, its about the approach. the attitud. professionalism.

1- the mediation body ( different from licenceventity)
2- response/ answer to my question. question yes quietios.. about policy regarind ''inhousebots'' ( which some companies use currently openly..yes its in the T&C)

As I've already told you, your account will remain closed, until you post/send a written apology; an apology for calling a member of staff a "lil *****", "stupid ****", "mother****er", "******" and more. As per the terms and conditions:

3.2 Management of the Unibet Account
3.2.1 Unibet reserves the right at its own discretion and at all times, to:
a. decline to open a Unibet Account and/or to close or suspend an existing Unibet Account without any explanation whatsoever


We don't have any in-house bots.

If you're playing under the Maltese licens, then that's where you can take this further, but I'd recommend you to read the T&C first, as you're just wasting your time

Regarding @kapetain proposal for removing nicks and adding Seat 1, 2 etc I highly dislike that. Imo current deal with option to change nicks is great. Those who want anonymity can change it daily, and those who want to use one nick for a longer time can do it as well.

Yes I like it too! And it's another reason I have made Unibet my poker home. It's like playing Zoom/Rush/Fast Forward on all tables on Unibet.
