There is a lot being said in the thread about games, loyalty, rake etc., but the numbers never lie.
Unibet poker is now 5-6 years old and your number of players is not rising, in fact it is surely lower than it could be considering your "care for recs" and everything. So there must be something you are doing wrong.

IMO the jist is that your games and loyalty system are not appealing enough to keep the recs, yet they seem very appealing to wannabe sharks who actually only want to suck out very bit of potential bonus and rakeback;
and in the end nobody is really enjoying the game, which should be the main goal after all.

I really hope at least the new loyalty system which you announce will make things better and more interesting.

Might have to explain it, to avoid further spam in this thread, so here goes: our "rake" is lower on €1-€10 levels than on Stars (6.853% vs 8%/7%), but you're right that they've got a minimum multiplier of 2x where we've got 1.5x. This doesn't mean the "gameodds are horrific"; as I just explained, they're actually better on the lower stakes on our site. This is simply because the multiplier distribution is different, and you're for instance 9 times more likely to get a 10x multiplier on our site.
I personally prefer this for several reasons. Main one being that as a recreational playing this game type for the entertainment, I don't care about 1.5x or 2x; I just want those games over, so I can start a new one and hopefully get a higher multiplier, and then our distribution is superior. I prefer higher volatility and more of the interesting multipliers.

I should have posted the information about the multipliers in my first reply, but I honestly thought you were trolling a bit, as there's a big fat "Info" menu, which links to the page with all the info. There's also an info page promoted on the site, and it's in the help centre and the terms and conditions as well - it's impossible not to find the info, if you actually have a desire to do so. I'd misjudged you, as you seemed like the person who'd investigate things before throwing a comment like "gimicky crap... awful and imo unethical" - based on you googling the rake info and checking the help centre. I probably also expect players on this particular site to have to a slight understanding of the most basic of mechanics for a game type as popular as spin & go's - again, my bad, as that doesn't seem to be the case. Had it been a post elsewhere, I'd have approached it very differently.

It's fair enough if you prefer another multiplier distribution, but calling the distribution "gimicky crap", "awful" and especially "unethical"; that is stupidity.
