When I try to open client I get the message"the application was unable to start correctly".
Is that something connected to ddos attacks or some other problem?

I'll need to check on this one. I suspect it's a load thing where we didn't want the server to be worked too much while attacks were still ongoing.

The only ticket exchanges possible are for UO and UK tour tickets via the in-client exchanger MTTs.


Fingers crossed we're over the attacks now. All the automated payouts are 100% processed and all the manual payouts we know about have either been done or will be picked up today but please to post if you think you've been missed out.

Lost €150,- in buy-ins and a lot more in equity half an hour ago due to a connection drop that lasted 20 minutes or so. Completely blinded out in all Sit & Go's I was playing.
I was totally able to go on the internet and search for whatever I liked during this, so I assume it was another temporary drop of the servers, or something that Unibet is responsible for.

Getting quite sick of this now to be honest. I'll inform customer support. Hope to get this sorted properly again. Got most of my money back last time, so more of that please.

I'll sent you a PM in case customer support isn't helping out appropriately, Andy.

hi guys!

am i the only one who is missing the choice of changing the stacksizes to bigblind on cash game tables? MTT players have the right to do. i think we desevre the same treatmanet

not to mention almost every other site has this option to change stack to bb.

i would really appreciate if u could do so!!

Am I the only one who cannot login because my E-mail does not show up on the client and I can not make an @. I am able to make the @ on my computer and in the internets but only on Unitbet Login not? reinstalled already

I made the mistake some years ago after an impulsive reaction to ban my account for an unlimited time instead of 1 or 2 months because I thought the limit max was 1 year.
I want now to go back to unibet (.be) but the support cannot reopen my account.

Is there anyway to play again on unibet?

OK works now with ALT+64 on the right keyboard in case anybody out there with the problem.

just write your email in a notepad -> then in the uni client

Since last week I’m having big problems with logging in on the Unibet Client (iMac). Sometimes it works, but most of the times I get the message: Login failed: C28/H0(token).

Can anyone help me?

Relax are hopefully releasing a hotfix for this today. Any of the workarounds mentioned workarounds should get you by til' then.

We have to take responsible gaming seriously so I do not think there will be a way for you to reopen the account, sorry.

These will have been related to the DDOS attacks and should no longer be an issue. Have you had the same trouble this week?

Satelittes for UOS are running, but a €2 R/A qualifier to a €10 ticket is not really appealing. These are a lot of the time not starting, which means there are no qualifiers for €10 tickets running. Any chance they could be changed to €1 R/A with lower guarantee? Can you pass this on to Leo, Andy?

Could you try uninstalling the client, downloading a fresh version from the website and install again please? Where are you located? I'll check if there are any local login issues just now.
