yea i srsly had some doubts as well. also the amount of straight fluhses... sometimes I think Unibet generates those at a way higher frequency.

It's 2020 get rid of those ratholing method. buy in for 50bb and leave&rejoin as soon as the stack is ~100bb. either min buy in for 100bbs or dont let them rejoin with less than they just left with.
Dont bs us with that a rec doesnt feel comfortable with sitting more than 50bbs. it's simply regulars/bots which take advantage of the shortplay theory.
Think about the rec sitting and reloading over and over and he sees how a another player takes his money and going south just to reenter 1 second later.

I am a rec player myself these days and the way you ignore this happening is going to make me rake my hands at another site.

We're not ignoring it - we're going around in circles a bit on this topic. We will release new timebank, time to act and rake configurations in the next release, which we have deemed of greater importance. Next step is the disconnection time, and once that's completed, we'll start working on the ratholing (the requirements and everything is ready, the development work just hasn't started yet).

When will we get info on rake changes?

i find some issue pre flop with your new timebank. I play plo;nl 400 and its impossible to play good poker on more than 6 tables. Either your time bank should turn on automatic or more time to act pre flop would be appreciate (i know some colleagues who also agree on this).

Its 100 % sure that this site is rigged to make everybody break even and make the fish stay longer in the games. The most scary part though is that nobody seems to care about it. Never a single Word from anyone in here. Are all you break even regs fine with whats going on at Unibet or what?

Btw, played at Unibet many years and never personally got, seen or heard about any refunds from bots thats been busted. How come? Guess you think that there are no bots at Unibet cause the lack of hh? Or do they just have a terrible safety team? Or do they even care?

This new timebank sucks.. I'm all for making/keeping it rec-friendly but this is simply too short imo.

The jump from 20 to 10 seconds to act is way out of line. I assume that this is fun for all the 1-tabling recs, who play every single hand, but for the majority this sucks.

Appreciate the feedback on the TTA. We had planned to have the automatic timebank as part of this release, which would have helped significantly. Unfortunately we didn't manage to include it, but I'm hoping it can be part of the next one.
We are reading all comments here, on the community, through CS etc., and it's possible we'll make some minor tweaks in the next release (like adjusting the 10 seconds CG preflop to 12-15 seconds).
