im playing plo400 on the site. and lately it become impossible to play with so many shortstakes, the games are breaking very fast because of them.

they are ruin the game, even if they have double-up, they exit the table and re-enter again as a shortstak.

it make no sense in opinion.

Right now we're working on timebank and TTA improvements for all gametypes, and once that's done, we'll start working on ratholing prevention

And poker would be doing worse, we would have a smaller promo budget, we wouldn't have a game to cross-sell to casino players etc.

I think the balance of HexaPro versus other games in promos has been fine up to this point - when they were introduced I was worried there would be a situation like with Spin N goes at Stars where the promo team were suffering from monomania, but that didn't happen in the case of Unibet.

However this month (at least in the browser), on the front page of the browser app, rather than having the scrolling window in the top half promoting various things, there is only one pane permanently promoting HexPro, which crosses a line that hadn't been crossed before. Shouldn't there also be something about the MTT series too? It seems strange to promote one offer and not the other, almost as if you were preparing to say "Look MTTs are not as popular as spins."

It would be a strange business practice to not promote one of your most profitable formats.
FWIW, I hate Hexas and the promos annoy me, but if the site makes a lot of money from them, they're not gonna go away any time soon.

besides hexapoos being by far the most pushed game since you introduced it, i think the biggest problem with it is rake. Imo a game like that should have like 3-4% rake max. especially at higher limits.

This is unfortunately a technical limitation. The countdown banner can't be shown along with ordinary image banners. Else we certainly would have a UOS banner there.
Doesn't make sense for us to spend money on several promotions at the same time for then to only promote one, it's just the way it has to be right now, unfortunately

Hey thanks for the consideration, however I don't agree with trying SuperNova as PKO. It's kind of addition by subtraction. Supernova is good as is, no need to mess with what's working, besides, wouldn't it be difficult to gauge PKO interest that way? How would you know if they are playing because they like PKO or because you took away the best weekly MTT so PKO is only option at that buy in. PKO is a fun format especially for rec players because it's more action inducing. There should be a weekly PKO higher than $25. Maybe add a $50 to start? Just my thoughts and opinions, not complaining or criticizing.

Stubbe - I think partypoker caught over 750 bots just in 2019. These last three years I havent read about one single bot caught or got none refund from busted bots at Unibet. How come?

Bots are not allowed on this site. Unibet has been very strict about this, also does not allow any 3rd party software.
Out of all the poker rooms , I would say Unibet must be one of the safest rooms around. Of course collusion happens from time to time, but are being dealt with when reported.

No, it's not perfect, but it's what I was told we would do short-term, and I do think we could learn some things from having it run as PKO once or twice.
Personally, I think it'd be interesting with a € 100 PKO running on Tuesdays, so that there're two decent tournaments for the segment only coming to play € 50+ tournaments (there's also the Big Bang).

We have closed bot accounts, and compensation is paid with confiscated funds I would like us to do a quarterly or yearly communication with a summary on this subject, but it's not something we've got in place today.

Right but I wouldn't mess with the flagship tournament (not that I'm playing it at the moment after some heavy withdrawals). Aren't there a couple of 50 euro rebuy tournaments which are very similar to each other at roughly the same time - something like Sputnik and Gorsky or something? - Maybe try changing one of those so you can compare head to head.

At least if you do it with the Supernova then change the name for that week rather than "have Supernova run as a PKO" because you won't learn how many people want to play a PKO at that time rather than have just registered for the Supernova without realising it had changed - and you might lose people who think it's permanently changed (though that's also a risk with taking it off for the week).

It'd be made clear in the tournament name and description, and there might be a small promo around it as well, so I'm not so concerned about that

does anyone else have issues with the lobbies not showing ? I tried restarting the software, restarting the pc and going on my phone, to no success.
