Totally agree. I have never seen any statement from Unibet that shows work of the security team.
Players don't even have any instrument to report in the client. How do players suppose to report if they see suspicious game/players?!

Since you don't have rights to send PMs yet, in that case please send the following information to info@unibetsupport.com

- the reasons why

You can also mention my name in the email, so they will inform me about it and it will be escalated to be checked by our Poker security team.

Your note about aliases doesn`t have much sense since an alias can be changed anytime.

P.S. A few months ago, when I ran Unibet Friday night, it was a client update. After the client had been upgraded, I was struck by the fact that the players were almost twice less than usual, but there was liturally no regulars. On each of the six tables, I was sitting with a 2-4 recreational players! I have never seen such a good game on Unibet neither before nor after. But on Saturday night situation became as usual. Two days ago was also the client update. And I think, some bots had some troubles. For example, one player went into sitout after every all-in, five times in a row at different tables. (once on the SB and several times on Btn). Another player repeatedly played insta 4-bet from the blinds - so fast that one time I even didn`t notice that the action shifted back to me.
One ''player'' still goes into sitout after every all-in today!

I don't think anyone can prove that there are bots on Unibet. Part of that is because Unibet client doesn't allow HUDs and also the aliases can be changed all the time.

This question is for the unibet staff. I am not saying there are bots, but I am wondering if you found any bots this year. Because it is so hard to belive that in the year 2019 there was not a single bot on Unibet.

Don't you think Unibet might be able to keep track of old aliases and thereby use them to track down the exact players you're talking about?

We've of course got a complete history of every single alias every used on the client

I don't know what stakes you play, but we had a release Tuesday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday had higher traffic and rake than the days before the release.

I'll let Patric reply to the rest, as he's more involved in this.

Can you please finally do something with this tanking user LittleKing (aka Afroditta43, aka AtomicBlond3, aka Ic3mann). He plays on 5max sng for 4€, and slowing down every game he participate, using a full timebank for almost every hand.
I know its not illegal, but it totally ruin the game, and its god damn annoying and not enjoyable, especially when you play HU with him.
I know that people mention him before on this forum and also on unibetcommunity but still nothing change in that matter.

Why not realistic?

It is now 6th year, that I am playing cash on UB as standalone site, I never heard once about bots banned or any refunds, either.

A year later he advanced to ~''Poker Product Manager'', a COO to Patric's CEO. Now he is here, talking to you about the bots.

Do you think that a poker site with such numbers could afford to ban bots. There was no server restart, i noted it onto that screenshot, it was 5am BST.

However, no matter how much they make UB poker into an obscure make-believe poker room. Do not dare to criticize all the bs on shown ''UnibetCommunity''.
Stubbe here, in order not to get fired again, will call you ******ed, then they will right away perma ban you.
Because as Patric told me after all that happened to me, UB Community serves only to, ''not create a bad image''.

It's looking just fine morning eu time. And you do realize that ub makes money from other revenues than poker? You can't be that stupid to believe they can't afford to ban bots.

If there were lots of bots then wouldn't there be less of a drop off at the time when most humans are asleep?

They are obviously holding a massive amount of aliens at Area51. The fact that the US government hasn't made one single alien encounter public, proves to me that there's tons of them, and they want us to keep thinking there's none. Had they come out with just one, I would be more inclined to trust them.

Got an asnwer from Unibet support on Friday.
They asked to send
- Tournament ID and number of hand;
- Date and time when;
- screenshots from the game
- aliases.

I have bad news for all players who expect to see fair game on Unibet - their support team can`t even understand that my request was about cash game. Even though I wrote about NL100 and NL200 limits.

Just wrote another message to show (again) my first letter to Patric as he asked.

Take off your pink glasses. Only idiots will run bots when most players sleep.

Why? Bot's can't play against other bots?

That's the point. I will never believe that for the last years there was not a successful try to run bots/ team play or something else.
I know Patric said that "Unibet support takes it very seriously" but it's just words. We need some proofs as PartyPoker does for example.

Bots or no bots, I believe they are doing the best they can to prevent them. The only concern I have is the lack of transparency about this situation.

With 6% rake? Not very smart for smart guys who can develop good software, also you must understand that now it is not autobots, just software(on other devices to prevent detection) which helps to operator make right moves on every street.

I understand how hard to fight against not fair players/forbidden software etc, it takes a lot of resources and requires a lot of skill, I just want unibet admins to understand the seriousness and importance of this fight. Because both unibet and fair players don’t want to ruin the game.

Did also played alot on Unibet nl400 in past(1M+ hand). And did write alot about bots and breaking rules on their community forum. Here is my experience :

One of their mods did did just straight up write there is no bots on Unibet. Even before i did provide any alias or other info. He did say they have some advanced tools to detect them Its just clear that if you never catch bots, they just have party on your site.

Then also like @owaa did mention they ask you for specific hand or things like that, which just shows you they have no sense what they are doing.
Probably they don't even have tools in software to compare players stats or some other parameters, so all they check is individual hands. While its impossible to see anything serious from specific hand or even 100 of them.

Totally incompetent or even not existing poker security team. Just don't waste your time writing them about anything. All you will get is some generic answers.

And yea, even on chinese poker apps, you have clubs who detect and ban bots or other cheaters.

I don't know if this issue about bots was brought up before and how serious it was taken by the Unibet staff. It is almost year 2020 and if Unibet is thinking their security is bulletproof well ...

What exactly would you like to see changed?
We're currently looking at the rake on NL25 and we'll have some small changes to the minor challenges next year, but apart from that nothing is planned at this stage. 2021 we're planning to launch a completely redesigned loyalty system, and rake/fees at all levels will be looked at as part of this.
