Regarding the 2 seat GTD Qualifier for Bigbang, why does it start so late? By the time I got knocked out, Bigbang was at level 5 or 6 already and Qualifier still few spots away from ITM. Also the 2 seat GTD generated enough players to pay 4 prizes, maybe reconsider adding a 3-4 seat GTD for $20-25 buy in? Would be nice

You can ahead and play as mentioned in my PM, you are not breaking any rules

Asked our tournament manager about it:

The qualifier for Big Bang can be played every day of the week. The Tuesday qualifier is for players that like late registration into the main tournament.

We have changed the €10 buyin on Tuesday to 3 TIX guarantee.
€25 buyin qualifier is running daily with normally a nice overlay

Yes, just don't deposit/withdraw from there or your account will possibly be blocked by the system.

Great, thx, it is always appreciated That said, when you mention that your account might be automatically blocked by the system from certain countries when depositing/withdrawing from certain countries (like in my case, I am looking to visit Philippines, Colombia and do Aussie Millions in 2019-20), would it be acceptable to use a VPN to deposit/withdraw in these countries?

I have left a note on your account that you will be traveling the upcoming months and locations will change a lot.
So even if you get a block, just contact CS in live chat and they can request the blocks to be removed again.

But in general I suggest you to deposit/withdraw only when needed from those countries.

Thanks

Ages ago, I think in Andrew's time, I started a 1-year time-limited poll on whether people prefer to stack, tile or cascade - basically I was arguing that cascade has literally no advantages over stacking.

Anyway, the results seem to have been that only one person liked cascading rather than stacking.

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...-else-1654590/

Will you consider at some point adding stacking to the client or just replacing the cascading with stacking? The code should be simple as you can just use the existing cascading code with the amount to offset each table set as zero.

Hello Patric,
sorry for my english.
I m a brazilian resident , i noticed brazil was included in your last t&c as a country no more welcome.
As i already had an account with you i contacted support and was told me it s all ok, i can keep playing , just do not use the .com website but the .com.br
I deposited-played-cashed out normally after received the CS reply so it s all ok from my side.
Here we go with the strange situation : i presented 2 friend of mine to an affiliate site that host an unibet rake race .
They do not have a valid link for brazilian players as the .com link is useless
They contacted their man into unibet and was told brazilian players were temporarily no mo welcome.
I m confused... a lot
As result i cashed out all my bankroll and unibet lost the chance to have 2 new costumers.
Don t play on Unibet anymore till have a response from someone above the CS ( with all the respect fot the good work the guys do of course )
Im new here, cant send pm
do you need my email or account details ?
thanks in advance and sorry for the long post

This is way too small a sample for me to use it for any prioritization. We'll be sending out a poker survey next week, but too late to include anything around this.
Looking at the current backlog, it's not something I can prioritize now either, even if it's not the biggest change.

Hey,
we closed our services for Brazil all-together and accounts are only open to withdraw, not to play anymore.
There is going to be a re-regulation on the market and we hope to be back at some point but as for now, we can't provide our services there anymore.

Your account has to be registered in the country where you are residing, so in this case Germany and you would not be able to register on the .FR site.

You can still play from France on your German account however.

Thanks

A few months ago, I had a suspicion that some players play as a team. I started to record video screen during the sessions and analyze them.
Now I'm sure about it. For example, player Runninghorse almost always sitting at the table with at least one partner.
At the same time companions periodically go and sit down again under different nicknames.
I think it makes no sense to describe here, what are the benefits of team play, so just list all seen the signs I used similar players.
1) The absence of large banks between such players. For example, for a two-hour session at 6 tables I had played dozens of hands against each player. But somehow, these guys do not manage to play any big pots against each other!
2) Defending the blinds with a normal rate against other players, they almost never play post flop heads up – They fold to steal or should three-bet and fold. I have seen literally two or three times per session when there was a call steal BB vs BTN or SB. And then there was fold to cbet or fold on the flop, or check-check before opening (with hands, which are usually converted into a bluff).

I can still list many other factors, which are determined by team play like the players, but I do not want to do it in public, not to give them that information. If Support / Security Services of Unibet will desire to look into the matter, I will write them a personal message.

And the most important thing. I understand that poker for Unibet is not on the first place. But as a player, I want to know is there a security service at Unibet who is responsible for the integrity of the game of poker?
Players do not have any possibility to report or contact support due client during the game. I don`t feel safe by playing at Unibet. In 2019, it's clear now that poker client with no tracking software is not a guarantee of bot’s absence.
All I see is a huge number of bots / prompters and teamplay. The last pages of this topic suggest that many players also began to doubt the integrity of the game you have.

@ owaa
to me, the biggest problem is aliases, so you can never know who you're playing against.
That's very shady.

If you contact Patric or Stubbe on here they will send the report onto the Relax gaming team who deal with game integrity.

Since you don't have rights to send PMs yet, in that case please send the following information to info@unibetsupport.com

- your user details
- Aliases you suspect
- the reasons why

You can also mention my name in the email, so they will inform me about it and it will be escalated to be checked by our Poker security team.

Thanks

I still believe that we need a mass check of all regs nl100 +, with cameras( or 360 egree cameras), hands, face and screen recordings. Not all dishonest players can be caught in this way, but at least the bot drivers who play under other people's documents can be identified in this way.

@owaa as for me runninghorse not looks suspiciously, but i think better to check it anyway. Here is not too much regs from nl100+, so it must be possible to check them all

Patric, any thoughts on adding a $35-40 5 man STT? The $50 doesn't really run often, it's too big of a jump from $25 for a lot of people.

We do check on regulars quite frequently, the proposal you made to ask them to set 360° cameras, etc. is not realistic.
We trust our team of poker experts in our Security team, they are trained and knowledgeable and have the necessary tools to support them.

We don't have any plans for changes at this stage but we will keep always our eyes open on the liquidity in different games with the help of data and make changes where we will feel it is beneficial for the overall experience.

Thanks

You say you trust your Security team. How come there have never been a refund these last 1,5 years I have played CG at Unibet? What do your security team do with the money they confiscate when they catch a bot/cheater? Has anyone at all got any type of refund from busted cheaters during the years? Would be interesting to know

I played last 5 years at Unibet a lot, 2-3kk points every quater except 2 or 3 quater last year, and i never seen refund

But I don’t really want a refund, i just want that the security team work well and catch violators.

In my world and at other sites a refund is an evidence that the security team have caught a bot/cheater. So many in here seem to believe that at Unibet there are no cheaters cause there are no HHs. Thats such a bs and in my opinion Unreal that people can be so unsuspecting.
