There are no plans to do so as far as I know. A promotion focusing on HUSNG would impact a small group of players and the rake for such games is low.

Our next promotion will be MTTs (Bounty Badlands) and Omaha weeks.

Thanks

Hi!

I have some more question guys:

How much time i have to clear a 100$ playthrough bonus?
How much rake should i generate?
Does it come in chunks or in one piece?

It would be really nice to have these information in the poker app. And same thing apply for CG tickets! How much flop i should see before i turn them into real money? Does it depend on the amount/size of tickets?

Way too less info is shared before someone buys any of these in the bonus shop!! I can not even find these infos on the website

And my last question: does it matter what stakes i play in terms of getting points after challenges? If not it is safe to say that the higher i play the less amount i get back after my generated rake.

Will forward the feedback to Stubbe and Relax.

Welcome bonus is 2 months, bonuses from the bonus shop 3 months.

How much rake should i generate?

100 EUR bonus from the bonus shop would need 500 EUR in rake to be completed.

Does it come in chunks or in one piece?

Each bonus gets divided into 5 equal parts, so for a 100 EUR bonus, it would be split into 5x 20 EUR steps, for each step you have to rake 100 EUR, on completion of a step, the money gets paid out directly, so it is possible to partly complete a bonus.

And same thing apply for CG tickets! How much flop i should see before i turn them into real money? Does it depend on the amount/size of tickets?

If your ticket has 1 buy-in (100 big blinds) value, the requirement is to see 300 flops, if it is 5 buyins, it's 5x the requirement, so 1500 flops, etc.

And my last question: does it matter what stakes i play in terms of getting points after challenges? If not it is safe to say that the higher i play the less amount i get back after my generated rake.

The projection of challenge points is dependent on the limit you play and on the type of challenge (major/minor). The higher you play, the more challenge points you will get at completion, the more challenge points you collect in one quarter, the better prize you will get.

Check out our Poker section under Help and you will find a lot of the answers to your questions.

Thanks

Hi,
I am wondering what are the requirements to get the Double Trouble ticket and the Super Double Trouble ticket. I think i saw somewhere that you need to lose 20$ for the DT and 200$ for SDT ticket per week. But no way i didnt lose that .
I was thinking this for years but never asked anyone. I would really appreciate an answer.

Maybe you have the sportsbook/casino bonus and therefore it's in the restricted balance that is not part of poker? I can only guess, would need to know your user details to help you.

You can find all info here

For Double Trouble you have to lose overall 20 EUR or more between Monday and Sunday the previous week in cash games to receive a ticket, for Super Double Trouble it's 200 EUR or more.

Yeah, that's what I said pretty much. Maybe you didn't understand my point. I wasn't asking for the requirements. I was stating that I don't understand how I didn't get ticket for those tournaments when I lost on cash games per week, I would say more way more then those requirements.

Right, but you've only just posted your nickname now, so any answer before that is going to be along general lines.

Personally I get these tickets sometimes. I think there are some countries that don't participate in promos though for regulatory reasons.

Hey, I checked last week and it is correct you didn't receive a ticket.
You can always contact me or CS and request to check how much was won or lost during the week.

I haven't had a single case in 1.5 years where a ticket was not added when it should have been, so I'm quite confident that the system is working correctly.

Let me know a week where you think you should have qualified and I'm happy to check it.

Thanks

Any plans adding more e-wallet withdraw/deposit options beside neteller and skrill. Maybe ecopayz?

I'm getting DC way too often, almost once per hour today. Usually reconnect in 30 secs or so but long enough to sit out/lose blinds. Once it didn't even reconnect and has to restart client. My internet (wifi) is fine. Running Win 10. Any advice?

Hey GoinGreen. Sorry to hear that!

The server logs look fine on our end and haven't had any other DC reports recently. Likely a local/ISP issue.
First thing you should try is to connect with cable instead. There's a good chance that'll eliminate the issue and you'll then know it's an issue with your wireless connection.

Skrill at least is still crediting instantaneously with the email (i suspect they are using computers), which itself is the usual 3 hours-ish after submitting the request - so it's still the same great Unibet cashout experience.

Is the change in the email just about managing expectations then exceeding them, reducing unnecessary support calls etc., or are some banks being difficult?

Hey!

Is there a faster way to get CG reports? I had asked for it about a week ago (UBcommunity, thread for poker results) but still no response!!

It would be nice to build in the poker client some feature which way anyone could ask for his reports anytime and would be faster.

The process is still the same, I guess the message was just triggered because sometimes it might take longer than 3 days and then customers would complain. So the 3 to 7 days is more of a precaution.

Contacting CS will be faster as the Community only has 2 mods at the moment (to be changed soon hopefully).

You can also request them from me, just send me a PM with your user details and what you want.

Thanks

I just had by far my fastest withdrawal in my 4 years with Unibet : within 2-3h when usually it takes a week+ Small sample size and variance (not to mention it varies from country to country...), but still

I just requested data for the year to date. People often ask about challenge points - I have gained about 110000 points for about 1000 euros of rake paid, so I am running at about 10% over what they said the expectation was. This is without particularly adapting my play towards getting more challenge points (I mean if I have a challenge like flop a set, it doesn't make me flat or limp more pairs) - so if people are lurking this thread to decide whether to start playing - yes, the challenge point thing works as they promise.

Hey,

I will adress this mostly to Patric, but anyone can join if they feel like it.
I don't want to rant here, firstly because my english is not that good and secondly because I don't want to waste time for this.
But I can't help it

So yeah, I haven't received any Double Trouble or Super Double Trouble ticket this week either. If in your 1.5 years there was not a single case of a ticket not being added, but after 1.5 years there is one incident, you should at least question the system. Maybe 2 weeks in a row can shake your confidence about that. I don't want to come here as a douche, I just wanted to put lights on smth that I thought it was a problem.
I'm kinda afraid to push this too far because who knows, one day I can wake up with my account banned or something because I pushed someone's buttons.

I don't know what your policy is but I haven't received the tickets from the last week either, but maybe you can't give them after the week has ended, so I understand.

Thanks for you time!
