This looks more like a link/redirect issue rather than anything with your account. The 404 error just means the page you tried to go to could not be found. I'd suggest clearing your cookies/cache first to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked a million times but are we allowed to run 'hand2note' at the same time as playing Unibet Poker for the purpose of HUD use on a third party site?

e.g. I want to play 888poker with a HUD, and Unibet poker with no HUD. Will I have problems doing this simultaneously?

Andy, I asked support about this and got very rigid/template answers telling me Im not allowed to use 3rd party software on Unibet. It's like they have never been asked this question before.

Yep u can use any 3rd party software (for other pokersites) untill said software do not interact with the unibet client.

So u r allowed 2 run h2n and play on unibet along other poker sites!

What aprFool said. So long as the HUD/tracker doesn't support Unibet you'll be fine.

Dutch community issue is being looked into just now.

I've been reliably informed that we now have approval for leaderboards for NL and that there will be an opt-in button for both the SPC LB and mission in the client. There is a client release next week so I don't expect it'll appear until then at the earliest.

Good news that the leaderbord of the SPC championship is open to Dutch players? However, the prizes are in bonus points and the bonus shop is not available for Dutch players anymore. And i don't think that we can receive bonus points in our accounts. So my questions:

- Can i assume that - if a Dutch player wins a leaderbord-prize - we can tell the support team if we want to receive tickets, cash, bonus etc for the equivalent of that amount of bonus points?
- Can we choose of all the items (tickets, bonus, cash etc) that are in the bonus shop. Don't know if it changed much since 1-2 years ago.

My understanding is it'll be cash payouts for NL customers that reach a payout position on any of the leaderboards. If it's not, it would expect you'd get the equivalent value for the bonus points won in tournament (Hex/SNG/MTT) tickets and will be contacted to tell us what denominations you'd like. Cash game tickets and PTBs would not be offered.

Long time no see, you probably forgot about me by now.
You may be aware that since the beginning of 2023 internet providers in Ukraine are blocking access to unibet products.
Yesterday the last ISP blocked access. So it became impossible to access client and web site (using VPN even for withdrawal is risky).
I think many players from Ukraine will have a lot of questions....
Perhaps unibet is somehow solving this issue, as it was added to the block of sites by mistake (all legal poker rooms are fully operating in Ukraine).
Vpn, mirror?
Withdrawal of funds if the problem has no solution?
Is it possible to convert into money bonus points, tickets...
I would be grateful. if you could give your opinion on the matter. It would help avoid an overload on your support
