The Christmas missions cannot be viewed through the webclient.

You only see the number of them next to the icon, i.e. "3/31" but nothing happens when clicking it to see details.

You can complete them, although you are not granted tokens! You are granted just shop points if it's a current prize, not the Santa tokens.

Any news about Unibet Open events 2020?

First of all, sorry about this issue with the web client - desktop and mobile app work fine, so you can always check it from there instead.
You are granted tokens; the promo mechanics work just fine. The visual issue with promos in the web client should be solved when the next client release goes out tomorrow.

Nothing to communicate just yet. As soon as contracts are signed, we'll update it in the client, on Twitter, Unibet Open website etc.

We unfortunately discovered a bug in the release that was supposed to go out last night, so it'll take another week before it's live. Recommend to give the downloadable desktop client or mobile app a go in the meantime

Bug report here;

The exchanger tournaments take "normal" mtt-tickets aswell.
I accidentally regged with a normal 5€ MTT ticket to the 5€ UK to 5x 1€ UK, so i unregged with the normal ticket so i can use the 5€ UK ticket.

The bug is that it used my 5€ MTT ticket (so i didn't get it back after unregging).
the fact that we can use normal mtt tickets in the exchanger's might be a bug or a feature depending on the view on this.

a little bit related and obviously very late, but i have more feedback in regards of tickets, specifically for the uos, when the qualifiers start for the events, it is more then 14 days till the end of the uos. this means that if we pre reg with tickets sometimes if we need to unreg they are expired.

example; so if we qualifiy for 1€ ticket at the beginning of the "qualifying" period and use that ticket (with 14 day expiry) for the last 1€ event (lets assume that it starts in 19 days). now something happens (in life) and we want to unreg/start later or something like that; then when we unreg we get back a expired ticket...

to be fair; i think i should have known it works like that, but it's still quite annoying because it happened at least twice where i wanted to play a uos event but wanted to start later (due to to many tables one time, and a dinner the other time). i dont mind to much because they were the smallest tickets i had (prob 1 and 2 eur or something) but it can be quite annoying.

footnote to this; it doesn't happen to often that a tourney gets cancelled en reimplemented (usually wrong guarantees or wrong min players or something that needs fixing) but that situation also might take the tickets, for example i am regged with a ticket in the nebula next sunday (and expires about now), if something happens and the nebula gets cancelled, i'll get my expired ticket back!. i understand that its very unlikely that this will happen this week, but to be honoust i do sometimes forget about this and unreg the nebula (19:00 is a busy time in table count for me) and loose the ticket. i don't want refunds for this but you might not even know about this so thats why the long story.
i also understand the tickets for the nebula are 31 days so i can plan better, but from a small bankroll perspective, the 5€ rebuy of the nebula is a bit to high, but thanks to the flip i can sometimes flip 1,2 or 3 tickets and play it once a month, this is why i try to get the maximum expiry on tickets like this (i hope it explains why i save up on them), sometimes like this week, i am playing it because the expiry date demands it, so basicly im setting aside 20€ for rebuys and addons this week to play a game outside my BRM on sunday (i am fine with this, as it falls under my shot taking policy, it's not gonna bankrupt me but still...)

i do like a refund for the 5€ MTT ticket that got expired by regging and unregging the uk exchanger.

Unibet, have you ever considered adding more card decks ?
I find the current ones very ugly with their sharp edges and no pics, especially considering how beautiful deck you had before.
You could also add an option to choose if we want cards next to each other or one over another.
I think those shouldn't be very troublesome to add, but would improve the client and experience a lot.

Yes, we've discussed this a few times, and I do want a new and different deck of cards. Can't say when it'll happen, as there're other more important design and client related improvements right now.

For the other part, it's not something we're considering for the time being. The cards are designed so that it doesn't make any difference if they overlap (as that's needed for the mobile and web hand widget), so it's merely a question of visual preference.

This is something special with the exchangers that we at this moment have to allow players to do, you can see this as a additional option for players to exchange their tickets

All tickets that are exclusively for UOS all have 35 expiry days, this is because things like you described not would happened. Are you sure it wasn’t any other ticket used?

The Nebula ticket has 30 expiry days and we’re only running the nebula flip and the nebula one per week, so you can after winning one of these flips chose to play that Sunday or one of the upcoming 4 Sundays. Our hope is that players winning the ticket should use it the very same day.
My advise would be not to qualify in this flip if you not going to use the ticket in 30 days

I tried to find an expired €5 MTT ticket but there was none, I have tested to register with a MTT ticket and unregister again and I got the MTT ticket back, so I don't see any issue there.

I agree with kapetain, at least we need 2-3 more decks because right now they r kinda ugly. Ofc there are way bigger problems

There are quite a lot guys who are still ratholing. And those are the most annoying ones who do not even leave the table just cash out to 50bb between 2 hands.

I do not even know how it is possible (in very rare occasion i woud prefer if i could cash out to 100bb. Imo at least that would be fair if everyone could do the same)

The ratholing was why i stopped playing cash. Especially like you say when someone doubles up, insta sits out and returns without missing blinds with 50 bb.

Its a shame they dont seem concerned about it.

I expect the new rules and mechanics for ratholing to be implemented H1 of next year. Currently priority number 7 on the backlog. It's of course not the case that we don't care about it

Its been complained about numerous times over the years in this thread, and has yet to be fixed, so it has been something you haven't been concerned about.

Can't comment much on the past where I haven't been involved. All I can say is that it has priority now.

When/If adding new decks please DO NOT erase the current ones. I am OK with the current 4-coloured-deck and would not be happy if it was removed or replaced with some big pictures.

My post might be idiotic but atleast I'm not an idiot that can't control myself and play higher than I should. Because of players like you the games will allways be good so hopefully it takes years to get that to ub.

I am pretty sure some of the uos-tickets were 14 days, i agree that most were (i thought 31) 35 days. Next Uos if it might give me shorter ones, i'll screenshot the game and post immediate instead of doing this out of memory a month later . you do made me wander if im not remembering wrong and that i used normal mtt tickets for those events, let's assume i was wrong

I'm gonna go earn myself a 5€ MTT ticket and use it again on the exchanger, just like you did, there is always the chance that i didn't look good before regging and that i missed that i already used the ticket elsewhere. (i also saw i phrazed it a bit bad by saying my ticket expired, where i thought it was used up, but you explained you did reg/unreg and got it back. so i'm probably wrong again ), oh yeah i'll record it just in case it actually does use my tickets, but considering your usually right in cases like this im gonna assume that this is gonna be it
