Yesterday was an exception, due to some complications. They will be back as usual today.

Generally the rule is, that any software that interacts with Unibet is forbidden, so if you use a txt file to write down notes, that's not forbidden for example.

We will investigate if this tool interacts in any way with our software and will get back to you in this matter.

I live in UK and can only open an account in GBP while the games are played in EUR?

This means I'm paying exchange rate every time I sit in the game / top up / leave.

This makes no sense for poker, rake is already very high.

So if I understood correctly daily conversion rate is static and there is no spread on that rate?

As a result there is no loss whatsoever while making these transactions?

I checked with the payment team and the conversion rate gets updated once a day (around midnight) to the standard of the European central bank.

As mentioned before your Unibet balance will remain the same overnight and just the NON € currencies to € exchange rate will be updated if a transaction gets done the next day.

Could you please send your poker_log file (if you play on Windows, you can find it under Documents -> Unibet Poker) + the regarding hand to info@unibetsupport.com and I will have a look at it and check for compensation.

Can I ask if you are using Wifi or an ethernet cable? You seem to have an unusual amount of disconnections. From experience, players connected via cable to the router have a lot less issues, so if there is any way for it, I can highly recommend it.

You can see the flops seen in your profile. Alternatively, you can request your stats of a specific day and would see the hands played on that day.

If you just want the amount of hands played on a day and don't need an excel file with all the info (rake, profit/losses, etc.), you can just send me a PM and I'll check it for you, for the full info, please contact CS.

because unibet charges for the 6 nights the amount of 650 euros

Apologies for the delays in more detailed information.

I talked yesterday to someone from the UO team and was told the schedule should be out by this week and more details about hotel, transportation, etc. will be provided by next week.

Regarding 1. I don't think there will be a guarantee in this event.

2. Hotel information will be provided as mentioned by next week, I don't know if it's the same but I can assure you that we don't take any value out.

There will be transportation on the 12th from Bucharest Airport to Sinaia and on the 18th back, all the details will be announced soon too.

There will be side-event, to have an idea of what you can expect, check out the schedule of our previous event.

The main event starting times will be at 3pm, therefore you have plenty of time before to discover Sinaia and do some wintersports.

Again, apologies for the delays, we understand that players want to plan ahead, since it is such an unusual event, it takes a bit of planning which is not easy, so I apologize in the name of the Unibet Open team too.

Could you change the HexaPro structure to make it more inline with pokerstars blind structure? With blinds going up that fast + antes, there's not much poker to be played. I found myself routinely in a 3-way game with 7BB. Personally, I think that's boring. There's no chance for drawing, valuebetting etc...

I do like the software, and the structure of the jackpots, capping at 1000x and having more 10x's, makes it fun. No-one believes they're hitting a 10kx JP anyway.

We do not have plans at the moment to change the blind structure.

The structure is designed to be faster on the lower multipliers, as most recreational prefer those to be faster while having the higher multipliers with a bit better structure.

Don't forget the high amount of players, that play on mobile just to waste some time on their way to work for example, imagine those having to play 1.5x multipliers for 2 or 3 times the time as it is now, they wouldn't like it much, I'd guess.

Of course, we keep our options open to change the structure in the future if we get enough feedback in that regard or see the trend going down but from what I understood, most players are quite happy with the structure as it is, it's unfortunately impossible to make everyone happy.

Not blaming your internet. The problem might not be the disconnections necessarily but that the reconnections aren't working properly, so I was trying to find out about more about your setup.

It is correct to point out and make them aware of the situation (well at this point they are aware) but as long as they compensate lost $ (as they did to me this week), they are ok.

Wait, I obviously don't know what hands they were, do you still want me to send my log?

I would need the hand to find it and check it, otherwise it's impossible for me to locate it, especially if you play that many hands.

I know it's not an ideal situation and frustrating to have to write it down when a disconnection happens and/or try to find the hand again in the hand history but it is a needed step to request compensation.

It doesn't have to be necessarily the exact hand ID but the time and the holding to identify it.

Please keep that in mind for the future.

I just logged into my Unibet account and my 100 SN ticket has just disappeared and my UO 100k freeroll is showing expired but the tourney starts in 14 hours I believe.

the 4th of the january missions has the family pot in it.

Now I played 2 times a pot with 4 players seeing the flop in NL holdem.
But it doesnt get completed it was on NL4 but I couldnt find anywhere something mentioned about the stake it had to be played on.
Did I do anything wrong here?

last time i posted in this thread i said i was withdrawing due to short stackers doubling and leaving at plo.

Decided to deposit and have another go, and the problem is even worse if anything. Plenty of people playing half stacks, most double leave and end up sitting back on same table with half a stack.

Im totally a rec player, can comfortably afford to lose a few hundred euros every month. I like unibet poker, feel comfortable with people not having a hud and like the name changing, BUT letting people rat-hole like this is not allowed on just about every other site.

You say you used to be a pro player, surely you can see the error with this?

Anyway i def wont play unibet again till you have a solution to this.

It's probably worth bringing up that the family pot challenge for the most part is promoting bad play as the easiest way to try and get this condition to happen is to limp UTG or UTG+1 and hope everyone does the same.
