UK Accounts are 8 digits for accounts and 6 digits for Sort Code (Branch ID I think).

Put your question on the community, the guys there are sharp with payment stuff.

@Dubnjoy000: I checked with payments team, they are trying to automate payments (and speed up the process) but are currently having still some issues. If you contact CS, they can contact payments and arrange a manual payment for you. Looks like we are trying to improve the experience the Canadian experience in general but are a bit stuck right now unfortunately.

Yes, play from Slovakia is allowed, I checked your account but couldn't see any blocks. Are you able to log in to the main unibet page?
Probably best to contact CS directly, as they should be able on the spot. It might be an ISP block from Slovakia but it's definitively not from our side, try a VPN if you can't access it, if that fixes it.

Thx guys, just finished talking with CS and after some time, the payment team manually did it for me Not having IBANs as Canadians can be challenging at times for international wire transfers

Was rather surprised to see someone take money off the table at a cashgame. What is the thinking behind this policy? (and how do they even do it?)
The prevalance of shortstackers is really putting me off but that might be a personal preference.

If you are >100bb you can leave the table and then return after a period of time with a new buy-in of 50-100bb but you can't have a 95bb stack and just take 10bb out mid session.

I don't know what the timeout is but if you just leave with 200bb and sit back down again you'll sit back at the same table with the same stack as far as I'm aware.

Thanks for the response.

Maybe I'm confused but the guy bottom left in the replayer is what I'm talking about;

(Didn't capture it very cleverly but I was still trying to play myself)

I was a bit confused by the screengrabs at first, as I was looking at the guy with 96 euros in every picture. But you're talking about the guy that went from 142.72 to 100 euros (50bb) without apparently playing/losing a hand, aren't you? That shouldn't be possible. I'm assuming he originally bought in for 50bb, but even if he closed the table and rejoined in the same seat almost instantly, he'd come back with the 142.72. Insta-ratholing isn't possible.

As far as I am aware we are not allowed to use VPN to acces the site. Has this changed? Or maybe it is ok if we get a Unibet rep to tell us to use one

VPN's are not necessarily forbidden. In some cases they actually make sense, like if your internet provider blocks the site. It's not allowed to use them to play from forbidden countries (in our case USA, Turkey, Spain, China, etc.)

We allow play from Slovakia and I know that there are some ISP blocks in certain countries that customer avoid by using VPN.

If you use a VPN with US IP for example however, your accounts will automatically be blocked

Yeah sorry about that - I tried going to the hand history later for a better screenshot but could only get them in text format.

So I did see the guy with 142 stack briefly get the zzzz before going down to 100 but didn't notice him leaving the table. In any case it's weird how he managed to get those chips off.

You can leave the table and come back with 50bb, only in banzai does it force you to come back with what you left with.

Are you any closer to a solution to the issue regarding UK25 tickets? I have a couple of them which I'm very eager to break down into the 4's. Just looking to get back in the games asap and kind of begrudge using cash when I still have tickets which can be exchanged and put to good use.

It just seems a bit silly to only have the option to break down a 25 euro ticket into 1 euro tickets. The exchange system is ignoring a very imporant stake in the satellite system. Also this current exchange makes even less sense when you consider that only 1 game at the 1 euro stake actually runs in the evening from 7pm (BST).

Yeah, unfortunately players can double up, sit out and instantly sit back in with with the minimum buy in on the same table. This occurs way too much.

Unibet REALLY need to fix this.

another guilty player is tbgjesten @ PLO100.

Yeah seeing now lots of people are doing it.
Unfortunate thing is it almost forces everyone to do it, depending on the table make-up at least.
Would be nice if one of the reps could comment on whether this is policy or something that might be changed?

Honestly, it sounds like a bug has crept into the program if sitting out automatically makes a short-stacker's big stack go back to 50bb. I haven't played for a while, but I'm sure I used to have to open a different table (and close the first one) if I wanted to "bank my winnings".

Hello!

I won a 50€ Unibet open qualifier and I wonder what the next step is to play for the Unibet open event in Blankenberge from August 28th to September 3rd (I think those are the dates?) Do I have to split the 50€ ticket into two tickets á 25€ and play the satelite for a 250€ satelite and then I have to play the 250€ satelite for the real main event ticket?

If there is another possible way to use that 50€ ticket please let me know

kind regards

I presume there are still some 50 euro UO satties to the 250 euro final.
When I was grinding UO satties, I just went from UO10 to UO50 and skipped the 25E level, as it was always a winner-takes all turbo. The UO50s have a decent structure and pay a couple of places, but breaking up a UO50 ticket back into into 5x UO10 to give you multiple shots at qualification is (or at least was) a common practice on the forum.

You might be confusing a UO stop with this..

https://www.unibet.eu/promotions/pok...7-709940-tab-1

.. which takes place in Blankenberge. The sats can only be seen if you're Belgian (and possibly dutch/somewhere else close) so I can't see the sat tree but I don't think there is a €50 sat ticket for that event.

The next Unibet Open is in Bucharest, in August. You can use your €50 in a sat to win a €250 final sat ticket, that runs at 19:05 GMT (nightly I think) or there are exchanger MTTs on Sunday that will convert your €50 ticket into 2x€25s or 5x€10s.

Unibet used to have a nice tree to show you the steps between the two routes to qualifying but it's been removed from teh site I think
